I wasted 20 min driving to the big Home Depot in Little Havana, but they didn’t have the specially bulb that I needed in stock. Altogether, about 90 minutes of weekend time. I came to this Ace Hardware and upon walking in the clerk was immediately attentive and directed us to the right aisle. 30 seconds later, he came to the aisle and located the bulb I needed. I should have come here first and will do so going forward. Great shop, great staff, reasonable prices, and close to where I live.

This hardware store is located in the Brickell area of Miami. Friendly staff, I was looking for specific size bolts which they were able to find in short order. Well stocked and reasonable prices. Instead of a big box for this Ace is my go to hardware store.

A few weeks ago, I purchased a drain line opener product called "Liquid Fire" that was recommended to me by one of their associates. Unfortunately, he gave me bad advice on how to use the product and I ended up ruining and staining our stainless steel sink in the kitchen. I went back to Ace and spoke to Kenny, the manager, about the matter. He recommended a cleaner/polish product for metals by Brasso. It did end up getting rid of about 80% of the stain which I'm fairly satisfied with. My advice to anyone reading this is to always make sure to read and follow directions on the label which I did do, however, it went against the advice from the Ace rep, which he is likely unaware that would of happened. Lesson learned, but I do want to acknowledge Kenny for being empathic and providing a solution to help me out. Great customer service!
