The manager Chat is an amazing customer service expert. I would say that he went beyond the service that is required.

Don’t go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Go where they know what they’re talking about and selling. I purchased a Weber here and they delivered it and installed it in our backyard. We went back for a few more things and they are the only ones who had the necessary screws. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have worked retail and I can tell you customers can be something else. It’s underpaid an unappreciated. These people are doing their best and are always helpful. I have been to competitors and the way they feel about certain things, will be in the level of their service.
