The bald Cuban with glasses just tried to rip me off. 3:35 11/14 Friday. Once he saw, I had the right credit card, he wanted to rent to me. I showed him the quote from next-door and he told me that it did not include insurance -which it did. He then called me a liar. Then he proceeded to cuss at me so I gave it back to him. He is just trying to rip people off. Hard commission tactics.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Ace Car Rental, and I just have to share how fantastic my experience was! William, who helped me out, truly went above and beyond. From the very start, he was friendly, approachable, and really attentive to my needs.
The process was smooth and straightforward, which is always a plus when you're traveling. William took the time to help me choose the right car for my trip a 2024 Toyota Corolla, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. I really appreciated his patience and all the tips he shared about navigating the area.
When it was time to return the car, the same level of service was there. It felt less like a transaction and more like I was saying goodbye to a friend. I left feeling uplifted and grateful for the kindness and care I received. I cannot thank Luis and William at the Miami Ace Rent a Car enough for their incredible kindness and help. My mother, Cinthya, had just landed on an international flight and her cell service wasn't working, leaving her stranded and unable to contact me.
Seeing her distress, Luis and William didn't hesitate. They immediately offered their phones so she could call me and let me know what was happening. But they didn't stop there! They patiently helped her navigate her phone's settings and ultimately managed to reset her cellular service for her.
Their compassion and technical help turned a very stressful situation into a resolved one. They went far beyond their duties, and my family is so grateful. I highly recommend Ace Rent a Car because of employees like Luis and William
