I'm unsure if this website is legitimate. I ordered shoes with a different shipping address, but they changed it to match my billing. After multiple attempts to contact them, they intercepted the package and promised a refund, which hasn't arrived yet. Then, when I reordered to the correct address, they canceled it and now I'm waiting for two refunds with no response to emails or phone calls.

Addict Miami surpassed all my expectations with its stellar service and exquisite selection. The ambiance was enchanting, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Finding the perfect pair of shoes was effortless, thanks to their assistance. The quality of the footwear exceeded my expectations, making Addict Miami my go-to destination for shoe shopping. Overall, a truly magical customer experience deserving of five stars.

Customer warning: I just got scammed through a very shady return. Summary of story: take photos of your returns or find another shop!I recently returned some Adidas slides because I needed to get a size down. Addict doesn’t allow refunds to your original payment (store credit only) but I was fine with that because I just wanted to get the right size anyways.Returned the package as instructed (which took almost a week because of how slow their customer service was, but again, was fine with it).Now they are saying I only returned one slide and won’t refund me - lol, what?! Why in the world would I keep one slide, not in my size when I’m trying to buy them in the right size with your company?! They even sent a picture as if they didn’t just remove one and take the photo. I even went as far to look around my house thinking maybe I’ve gone crazy - no slide. Not to mention I remember packing the box and doing a mental checklist to ensure I followed their directions.I am now out $80, the slides and have no way to protect myself. Take photos or find another store!

I purchased a pair of shoes from them. First issue is how slow they are to process the order and get the product out the door to their customer. They email you saying the package is “on its way” but when you use the tracking number provided you can see that it takes a couple days after the email before the package actually leaves the Addict Miami site.So I received the shoes but they were unfortunately too small. I submitted a return request via the website. Every correspondence with Addict takes a day or two before you receive a reply. They sent me the USPS return label. I sent the shoes back to Addict Miami. I emailed with Jethro asking him if Addict Miami would just send me the 1/2 size larger rather than go through the gift card process. He said sure as soon as they receive the returned items. Today I get an email from Addict Miami telling me that I have been issued a gift card. Ugh! The gift card doesn’t cover the full price of the shoes! So you have to pay the difference plus another shipping fee to get the product in the size you need.Then the worst part is I found the exact same shoes about 30% cheaper on another site with a much better reputation. But that’s on me for not shopping around.So my advice. Don’t buy from the Addict Miami online store. You can find the same shoes on other sites for cheaper and have a better experience with their shipping and returns policy.

Don't buy from them online. They sell items they dont have in stock, then mark it as shipped label but dont ship the item. Had to call them for a week to get someone who could help me to get my refund after they said they dont have the item they shipped supposedly to me. Trash store ?
