They unlocked our sinks, the only thing I could recommend since I’m an agent and step into peoples homes all the time is to bring booties for their shoes as there was big dirty boot marks everywhere. We don’t wear shoes in our home and they didn’t even ask. I had to mop twice after they left.

Don’t do it, place is a scam.

Been living here for ~3.5 years, have seen about 3 or 4 ownership/management changes in that short amount of time. Prices increased over the years, but residents have gotten less (Lack of security, elevator breakdowns for months at a time, parking garage gate not working constantly, and unresponsive onsite management team). Fees that can’t be explained or slapped on top of accounts without warning, and leasing agents telling me personally that management instructs the office to “be like that”.
Most recently, I was charged double rent for this Oct. of 2024. After asking and inquiring about the balance on account, management said it was unpaid from August. After providing proof with account statements and screenshots of paid rent in August, management team has been unresponsive and left my emails and calls unanswered for days after discussion, leaving the balance way more that what I owe per month.
For those apartment hunting, you’re better off somewhere else.

Email screenshots attached are only a few between management “investigating” overcharges for a month now. There’s no sense of urgency in figuring things out, and every response is that X day will be the latest to get back to me with an answer. Took a month for management to reach out to their supervisors since issue was brought up. Unresponsive and irresponsible property; Don’t move here if you value your money.

I went to see about a unit at Adela. I was able to take the full tour which included a nice size gym and pool area. When I walked in I asked for Adrian Perozo, who I had spoke to over the phone. When Adrian approached me he reached out his hand with a big smile and greeted me. As we walked through the complex he explained quite a few things to me about the building and the area. I am new to the area and he went over things to do in Miami and how close we were to them. We finally made it back to his office and we drew up some papers and I'm happy to say that I'll be moving in very soon. I also want to thank Arcadia Sanchez, for our correspondence through text and email.

I have lived here in Adela for multiple years and currently I am very happy with the changes that have been made. Adrian the assistant manager has always provided exceptional costumer service making me feel heard and valued. Very thankful for him and Jorge from the maintenance !! Jorge has always been the best! He helps me with every request I input and they get done in a quick timely manner

Adrian Perozo from the management office is amazing!! I have lived here for 3 years now, and Ive never felt so heard in all my time here.. I am very thankful for him and all his efforts in the office. Arcadio is also very kind and a great asset to the office as well!

The other tragic incident is that they are making us an offer to extend our lease and they are asking for +200$ more than our current rent.
But when you look at the site as a new tenant, it is cheaper than the current rent I pay.
It's bullshit but I know it's a technique to collect $300 application money from people and make them run after them like they did to us.
If you give up, it will pass, but we did not give up 😀 because the application is not returned because they are selling lies.

Unfortunately, it was a terrible situation to correspond with that uninformed Yazmina.
I left the apartment cleaner than when I rented it.
We even painted.They tried to bill me for the night we didn't stay and added cleaning fee on top. I tried to explain to them for a month that they were doing the wrong thing.As soon as I checked out, I left my key at the reception, took a photo and emailed them.

Anyway, they took the cleaning money by force, but gave me back the night I didn't stay.
thank god.And again, I have so much correspondence in Yazmine.
And even though I complained about this woman to her manager, they can't do anything either.
I cc'd Maggie in every conversation, but she waited until the last moment to figure things out.

I worked hard to get my deposit.
Also, since they did not respond to my emails, they blocked my husband and me because I wrote under their photos on Instagram 😂

We’ve been living here since the day this place opened, and while the location is fantastic—especially with the park nearby—the constant changes in management have only made things worse. We’re now on our fourth management company, and unfortunately, it’s been the most frustrating experience yet.
The elevators are a nightmare, not only because they take forever to be repaired, but the noise they make is so disruptive that I’ve had sleepless nights because of it. When I brought this up, instead of fixing the issue, their solution was to suggest I move to another apartment—creating more hassle and stress for me, rather than addressing the actual problem.
Communication is another major issue. I rarely get any response to my inquiries, and while I don’t blame the staff—who are just doing their jobs—it’s obvious the real problem lies with the management companies hired to oversee the property. Despite the building’s appearance and prime location, nothing about the way this place is managed says “luxury.” It feels more like a low-end, budget operation.
Most tenants here, myself included, are extremely disappointed and are looking for alternatives. If management continues to ignore these problems, it’s clear this community will no longer be able to maintain the high-end image they try to sell.
