Two women, horrible attitude..more worried about the men's conversation , loud Spanish music than talking to customers...or helping people another women waiting in line. Then , NOBODY helped to carry the battery to the car. The Battery FALL from the cart and a random men helped me to put it into my car. This place feels like a cheap Cuban Cafeteria, NOT an auto part retail store.

"Disappointing Experience at Avace AutoParts"
Today I find myself writing with a heavy heart about my most recent experience at Avance Autoparts, a store I have considered my trusted choice for over two decades.
Less than a year ago, I purchased a battery for my car, backed by a three-year warranty. However, my confidence in the quality and service of Avance AutoParts has been severely shaken. My current battery has been losing charge at an alarming rate, and I decided to go to the store for help, trusting that the warranty would serve its purpose.
What I experienced in the store was anything but satisfactory. Instead of receiving the assistance I expected, I was faced with a series of excuses and obstacles to changing the faulty battery. This left me perplexed and, above all, frustrated.
Safety on the road is of utmost importance to me, and in the absence of solutions, I was forced to buy a new battery, even though the previous one was still less than a year old from its acquisition. I cannot afford to risk being stranded on the road and facing additional towing costs.
This experience has been disappointing, especially considering my loyalty over the years. Avance AutoParts has lost a loyal customer, and I'm sorry to say that the trust I had in this store has faded. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service for future clients.

The battery was damaged, it has a two-year warranty. The store changed it without any problems this time. Thanks for improving on this. So I raised my evaluation.

The staff here is so busy in their phones to help customers, I know it is sunday , 2:30 pm, but you guys should've been more professional when it comes to customer service. I'm so disappointed 3 guys are doing nothing, and no one could help a customer.

Store was clean, but they failed to adequately hand me my package. It was scanned as delivered and then returned to UPS, lost into the void of missing packages. Would not have happened if they had not scanned it as delivered. Staff was unfriendly.

Scanned my package as delivered, refused to hand it over, and package is now disappeared. Manager yelled at me, assistant manager was unwilling to help, unsurprisingly both were men. Really upset as these were one of a kind collectors items.

Incompetent management from the assistant manager and manager: racist remarks about illegality, and condescension towards women employees. Manager yelled on the phone to a customer. Disappointed and bewildered after my last visit.

I remember when this was Pepboys. It looks very nice and clean inside, much better than when it was Pepboys. The service was great. If you make an order online for a special part, call to make sure that they have it in stock. The online inventory isn't always correct. I ordered a part at one store for pick up, and when I got there, they said that they didn't have it. Online, it said this store had it, but when I called, they said they didn't. I had ordered a different part from this location, but because of my experience with the other order, I asked to make sure.

This location is relatively slow and no busy and the waiting time for the cashier is ridiculously annoying, these cashier’s are super slow, takes me about 30 minutes with the empty store to pay a single item. The associates just looking, walking around doing nothing.
