After struggling to recall how to remove front wiper blades that had practically melted into spaghetti, I walked into Advance Auto Parts not with a plan, but with a guess.

That’s when Sales Representative Yohao stepped in.
What Yohao did next deserves recognition:

But he didn’t stop there — seeing my confusion with the dismounting and installation process, he walked me through the method step by step.

Benjamin at the front was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He was talking with the kids. I was without my husband, so he looked up my wiper brand and item number, offered me different options and then went into the store and brought the items to me. He even took me outside to show me a trick for the back window. Who has service like this anymore?! No one! Thank you Benjamin!

The whole staff is rude. I went in to buy some cleaning supplies when a worker came up to me and asked me if i needed help he started to explain the products and was very knowledgeable. Until a manager started to scream from across the store for the young man to help another costumer he explained he was helping me but the manager insisted that he needed to go now leaving me by myself when a girl with attitude came up to me and asked if i needed help with a rude tone. I told her not anymore and left very upset. If the manager speaks to his employees like that in public AND in front of other costumers i can’t even imagine how he speaks them behind close doors. Absolutely will NOT be coming back!
