Went to the ultrasound part of community medical group and too much wait for them to attend to you. I arrived with an appointment and they saw me in order of arrival. I was with a girl who was told to drink liquids for an ultrasound so she started drinking from home and they made me wait 1:45 minutes to be seen. So why is the appointment made? I understand that you always have to wait for something but it was too much.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour when you show up on time for your appointment

Called to make an appointment no answer. Left a message no call back after 3 hours. Went to the location during operating hours, no one was there. No communication about when they would be back or why no one was there

Not much of an Urgent Care Center. Took my mom in and was told there was no doctor on site, which is unusual for an Urgent Care Center. I definitely will not be coming back here.

Horrible place didn’t even have to go in. Don’t trust an urgent care that puts you on hold and can’t answer any questions. Best part the person who answered hung up twice! Good luck

I truly appreciate the people here. They treated me so nicely. I went there during an emergency and they cared for me like no other place. I didn’t have insurance, and they still took care of me. Very professional, and caring at the same time.

Big thank you to the Doctors and nurses at Advance Urgent Care !! I had a bad case of Lymphedema that I thought was going to need a hospital stay to treat. Thanks to the Doctors and their aggressive treatment, I saw improvement within 24hrs. I will continue to visit Advance Urgent Care for all my medical needs.

Went in for hip and knee discomfort and was treated by their amazing and friendly staff. The staff was very attentive, fast, and efficient. Highly recommend this urgent care!!

Everyone at this urgent care is very nice & professional. I've gotten many rapid COVID tests taken there and I have no complaints. I would recommend!

Went to this place for a rapid COVID test and the staff was very helpful and they helped me quickly, I was here for no more than 30 minutes. They made sure I was feeling okay and even recommended some good vitamins to take to keep preventing COVID. Will most likely go back and refer this place.
