If I could give Affinity 0 stars, I would. They love to send violation notices and threaten with $100/day fines for someone else's property. I received 3 violation notices for 3 random houses in my community, none of which are even on my street. Then I come out to my car being booted for being parked in the street in front of my driveway while several other cars in the street havent been touched. Would be great to have at least a little competence in a company that I pay $400/month just to get a hard time from. Absolutely worthless.

Horrible management, Horrible system, you go one day and they tell one thing, then you go the next day and the tell something else, , they will never help you , they will never fix anything for you if you gonna buy any property here please DON'T it will be a headache forever
