I had an excellent experience here and cannot recommend them enough.
I brought my car in after noticing some noise while driving down to Miami following the installation of new tires. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They actually took the time to drive my car, inspect it, assess the issue, and they did not charge me for their time, which I greatly appreciated.
They explained that I would need new brake pads and brake discs. I was fully expecting the cost to be very high, especially in Miami, but the total came out to about $720, which I found very reasonable.
What truly set them apart was their professionalism and care. They told me my car would be ready by the next day, and they delivered exactly as promised. On top of that, they even washed my car, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus.
The entire team was outstanding. The general manager, Davis, is incredibly caring and professional. I also met George, one of the mechanics, who was just as kind and friendly. Even the woman at the front desk was extremely sweet and courteous. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure.
If you’re in the Miami area and need your car assessed or repaired, consider yourself blessed to have found this place. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

The AC in our car stopped working at the end of June. After 3 weeks, our dealer diagnosis was a bad engine fuse box. It was replaced BUT the AC still didn't work. A few days later, making a right turn I heard a noise (crack, crack, crack)... No AC and now, that noise... What to do?...
I called Alfa Garage Pro Auto Shop a Friday at last hour and the gentleman who attended (Mr. Davis) told me: "bring your car in first thing on Monday morning". So I did, I explained the problems and he clarified that noise meant changing the CV-Join because it was a dangerous fault and then the AC would be taken care of. In a few days the CV-Join problem was solved, impeccably and at a very reasonable price. Then the AC problem turned out to be electrical and not the AC itself (so more complex). However, a few days later they detected a cable broken internally and they managed to repair it but disassembling all the front of the car, so they took advantage to replace the ambient temperature sensor and the radiator support cover shield that had been damaged some time ago in another shop and I had bought a new one. I can not say that the bill for that work was not reasonable like the previous one job... now the price was the better price for that kind of job, withou doubt.
Where can you find a shop with such ethics and professionalism today? I only know of this one. Everyone who works there is incredibly humane and professional. We almost always interact with Mr. Davis, but the atmosphere of honesty, respect and courtesy prevails among all the employees.
My wife and I feel blessed to have found Alfa Garage and to have a place where we can trust blindly in the diagnosis of the problem we may have. God bless Alfa Garage Pro Auto Shop and all its employees!

I had a great experience that was taken care of. My KIA Sorrento started to have battery issues and only one side of the lights stayed on even when the car was off. I had to keep disconnecting the battery everywhere I stopped.
Going to ALFA they had figured it out. I am appreciative of their work

We visited the Alfa workshop to fix our brakes and they were unable to complete the job effectively. We had to revisit the shop 4 times before Jorge gave up the car and issued us a partial refund. He then refused to provide service to us, even though it was his shop that could not complete the job. He was rude and told us to leave his premises.
