I dont know why this place gets such bad reviews. Sure the front is locked and its a bit dirty. But thats because it sells guns too.The front desk employee was nice. And the inside is well kept.

Don't even waste your time at this dump! The place looks closed due to how bad it looks from the outside. I called to check if this location was open for business, the person who picked up the phone was rude and told me he saw me. He told me I had to knock harder on the door but yet he saw me standing there and didn't open. I just left, and didn't even waste my time. Don't give your money to these people. Look for another gun store/ Pawn there plenty of them with better customer service.

The guy with the white or grey hair, his customer service is terrible. They need to fire him because he is making it bad for the business. I was eager and ready to spend my money on a rifle but with his attitude and tone I chose to go somewhere else and I am thankful.. worst store in Miami. Don’t go to this location.

Since the moment I went in the customer service was poor. He was rude and had an aggressive tone at all times. I immediately felt uncomfortable and disrespected. It didn’t take long for me to leave and do my business elsewhere.
