She walks you through your repairs from beginning to end, whether insurance claims or otherwise. She always makes sure you are provided the utmost quality service and repairs. I recently had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting my 2024 Hyundai Tucson, leaving it nearly totaled. Thankfully, I brought it to Allstate Custom Paint and Body, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They completely restored my car to its original condition, and the paint match is absolutely flawless—you'd never know it was in an accident.

I recently had an accident, and unfortunately it was a hit and run, but an accident nonetheless. The details are unnecessary because I really want to highlight the excellent work, the professionalism and the trust that was given to me at this coillision center. My most sincere thanks to all the staff, from the owner to the person who did the detailing of the car. Thanks to the person in charge of my case for always being in contact with me about the process, either by phone or email. I am a detail-oriented person and I am very grateful to this business for having met my expectations and more. I have used this company twice for body work after a car accident and I have always been extremely satisfied with work the prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing but the supreme body work can’t be matched I would recommend this business

Have already recommended them to another colleage. Rear of my car was smashed.They worked with the insurance and eliminated that aggravation. New Honda Element parts were used if available. The color of the repairs matched the original and the wax job was a plus. Repair fit is tight and they deserve every one of the 5 stars.
Unfortunately the 180k mile Element was in another accident, and Allstate took care of the car while I was out of state. The previous work they did on the car has held up over the years and you cannot tell the difference between the 2006 original car and their repairs. The new work done again used Honda parts, the fit is tight, the colors matched, the wax job was a plus, and the owner's personal oversight allowed me to focus on my pending tasks.
Element owners smile and greet each other often and many times they comment on how well maintained the car looks.

One of my most amazing experiences at Allstate Custom Paint and body shop. From the owner Ytza to service advisor Ray to Alden the paint and body shop specialist and the entire crew. Amazing customer service, work, promptness and quality of finished product. Amazing!
