Agent Bella Herrera, Allstate Account Representative, was very helpful and resourceful for me today. We needed verification of Insurance for a vehicle added to the policy in order to register it and she provided a copy of the ID Card for that vehicle within minutes.
It is so nice to receive excellent service. Thank you Bella and Thank you Allstate.

I was lucky enough to have had, account representative, Anthony Quiñones answer my deranged call when I received a “welcome letter” from an insurance company who wanted triple my insurance bill on a “new policy” since my old insurer dropped my condo.
Anthony took his time to go over the policy and gave me different options with other insurance carriers. He answered all my questions and even helped with getting my inspection done. I ended up with a great policy, hassle free, and saving money (which is something to say living down here). So thank you, Anthony, there is hope in humanity. 😄

I was most impressed with agent Ms. Nila Bernal, I called about a new vehicle added to my Allstate Auto Insurance account, She was most professional, clear and patient with an old man who seems to get confused too easily as of late. She answered all my question and added concise explanations were necessary.

Called Bravo insurance to obtain a quote. Provided new inspection report as needed. Advise Hunter, will review once received and follow back if we move forward. It's unbelievable the lack of professionalism for Hunter Estrella. Hasn't stop calling my phone daily 4 /5 times since Monday. He even sent me a text to opt- in for text messages which I declined!!! he still continue calling. Then realize today he even called from a personal number. As i screen all my calls. He advise me by email himself saying he called me and i pretent not to be me. Mind you me not even knowing was him on the call. If a potential client hasn't responded is for a reason. It doesn't entitled any business or agent to harass with calls 4 /5 times a day!! Much less to call client out of the business line. Understand they make a commission on the policy, but you definitely not earning my business with harassing calls. This is unjustifiable, unprofessional behavior from any agency.
Will file further complaints as needed.
