The center itself its a hot mess the dra its great very professional but the office staff completely needs to be sent back to training very unprofessional, when you call the office they book apt with dr that are not in , if your lab comes back and they are not normal and you call to see the dr they ask you how did you get the results and then it takes one month to see your pcp with abnormal results , when your blood work is done you will not see your dr till 3 month later thats how far the apt are then your pharmacy calls for refill that you never get because your pcp never gets informed ,also they put people in before you with later apt ,i love my dra but the office it self its a mess and its very unprofessional to tell a pt that you have to leave because your boss doesn't want you to punch later then your time ,, sad only go there for my pcp lab be prepared to wait 3 hr is the minimum time its sad that having a pcp i would have to go to an urgent care because my pcp cannot see me as per front desk just avoid this place go elsewhere.. sorry that administration sees pt as $ in there pockets and actually dont care about anyone that actually goes there .. just avoid this place

I am trying to call for more than an hour, the girls at the reception take the call and talk to each other and disconnect or transfer the call. This is not the first time this has happened, on other occasions they have had disrespectful comments in front of their patients, the same ones who pay their salary. Anyone who doesn't like answering phone calls should look for another job. They are NOT qualified to work with the public.

I would put 0 stars If I could , never going there again due to the horrible customer service I received by the young Receptionist and the way they manage their facility. The young lady is Rude & completely unprofessional. Since the moment I walked in her demeanor seems like she hates her job & doesn’t want to be there . I called 2 days ago to make an appointment & the young lady never asked me questions or the reason for the drs. Visit . I work in the medical field every Drs. Office ask questions before booking appointments to know if they can provide a service for you . instead I wasn’t asked anything she made the appointment. & when I got to my appointment I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen Bcs I was pregnant . Mind you last year wasn’t a problem I was pregnant & still seen by a Dr. for the exact same thing. Instead of wasting a persons time , gas & money. Because I was still charged a $30 copay without her telling me first I wasn’t going to be seen. When you book appts do your job & ask questions. And yet she tells me it’s my fault for wasting my time. Your RECEPTIONIST need better training you don’t talk to a patient coming to you for help and telling them it’s their fault not yours . There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! AND FYI if your not seen in A year apparently you have no primary Dr anymore . Ridiculous! I can go 2 years without seeing my Dr and I will still be seen & provided with the care & service I need. If you want a horrible service by all means this is the place to go

Ivan the office manager is the most rude person I have ever met. This place is a joke, every time I go there is new staff. Do not recommend this place at all.

I had to wait over an hour for my in person appointment. I had a follow up phone appointment. A lady called to collect my copay payment and told me the doctor will call back in 30 minutes. Half the day later, I had to call to speak with the doctor. The doctor told me that she'd send a prescription to my pharmacy. My pharmacy received a prescription for the wrong medication. I called Ambert. The lady who answered was very rude. She tried to make me come back for another in person appointment instead of fixing the office's mistake. The doctor and nurse were fine. The lady who answers the phone has a very nasty attitude. She should not work with people, especially those in need of compassion. One star only because I had to fill in a star.

This place is a joke. Dr was not even there, the nurse didn’t speak English. Prior to the appointment i clearly explained what i needed and the deadlines for those needs. The office confirmed it was possible and we scheduled the appointment only for me to arrive there and be told the situation was impossible. Ridiculous and unprofessional, don’t go here they have no staff and are incompetent.

They were so nice, doctor Roselina is amazing, very nice, she take the time to examine and explain everything. I’m so happy that I chose this place. Very recommended

I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews, because I've never dealt with a less competent medical provider. On my first visit I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before I could see the doctor, and because nobody had told me to fast or anything in advance they couldn't even do anything. Because of my insurance, every visit beyond that cost $50. For my follow-up for the blood work they got my appointment time wrong three times, and it was again an hour past my scheduled appointment before the doctor called me. Then I had to try to get a prescription filled. Again, I had to pay $50. I never even talked to the doctor despite paying this fee. Through the receptionist who I could barely understand he refused twice to refill the script until I could finally get someone to explain to him that it wasn't for a controlled substance. It took another three calls before I got confirmation that the script had been sent. I went to pick it up the next day and apparently nobody even read my intake paperwork or listened to me when I explained the what I needed over the phone, because it was for the wrong dosage. I guess I should be glad they even got the medication right. I will never use this office again!

The Worst! Whoever answers the phone calls is so rude and uneducated. She basically placed me on hold for over 1 hour with a really high tone of voice just for requesting a medication refill. Whoever is in the front desk taking phone calls should be placed in a different position NOT working to help patients with medical conditions.

Excellent care, Dr. Janelly is very professional and takes the time to check and listen to her patients, she is very dedicated and very accurate in her treatments, Betty the assistant does everything very well and on time and is very familiar in her treatment. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient.
