Bought a collectible cup because I knew they would sell out before my movie showtime and was even told by a staff member that I can bring it the next day when my movie starts but then when I arrive at the place with my cup I was rejected by a security guard while the actual amc employee was saying it was perfectly fine for me to bring it I understand you have a policy but I spent almost 30 dollars on it and never used it once and just wanted to use it once for the movie and the fact that no one could just make an exception over a cup is kind of sad also to add the security was not nice at all and was even being rude to the employee that was saying it’s ok to bring the cup

I’ve been going to this theater for years but it has been declining rapidly. The chairs are squeaky, buttons broken, the numbers on the chair don’t light up anymore so it’s hard to find your seat. The concession are is always a mess, trash everywhere. The staff see it and just don’t care.

Food is way to expensive and food is not ready to purchase must wait too long to claim. Theater rooms a little warm.

We don’t live close to this theater but we’re willing to make the drive because it provides open captions! My husband is deaf and I like using captioning as well so this is a win-win theater for us! Not all of the movies are open captioned but new and popular movies have been open captioned ! the staff has been friendly and the seats are comfy recliners. We’ll always check this theater first for future movies!

AMC here at Tamiami 18 was an awesome place. This theater was clean and had cold AC. Awesome reclining chairs and great concessions. The screen was crystal clear. The place was just perfection made reality.

Top notch theater! Everything is great. Service at the concessions is fast, staff is friendly, theater is always clean, and never and technical difficulties.

😆 my favorite movie theatres = comfortable recliners, great amount of diversity in sodas, + just an overall great experience. They even have a bar if you want alcoholic drinks while watching a movie. Tho this isnt the closest theatre to my house it is lightyears better than regal at kendall village, i much rather go the distance to come here.

The theater has reclining seats that are extremely comfortable and reasonable ticket prices.
