Always had a phenomenal experience with Marco, very sharp, always have exactly what I need, able to take care of whatever I need right away. I had purchased the new Ridgid Compact m40 with Tru sense. I was able to pick up the camera in person and had the pleasure speaking to the owner of the company. Also was provide a demo of how to use the camera and Wi-Fi capabilities. All in all an amazing company, and will definitely be coming back.

I called and talked to Marco, who helped me ordering the New Ridigd compact M40 Sewer camera for locating breaks/collapsed lines in cast-iron pipes.Edit- The first time our plumber used the ridgid seesnake, we were able to locate and identify the cause of multiple main-line backups in a Ft. Lauderdale home. as you can clearly see, this ridgid seesnake has incredible view of the entire drain pipe! The tru sense feature was very cool to have, it'll tell you the degree of where the camera head is sitting and also so you visually how the camera head looks.
