Kaseya Center is an international, versatile venue in a vibrant waterfront setting that showcases world-class and sophisticated events. Located in Downtown Miami on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay, the arena is positioned between the skyline of the city, the beautiful beaches, and the nightlife of South Beach. It is the home court of the Miami Heat basketball team, but also hosts many other events. Visitors praise the excellent facilities, convenient parking, and abundance of nearby restaurants and entertainment. The game environment is fantastic, and the arena is highly recommended for an enjoyable experience.
Easy to get in but parking nearby a bit pricey. Overall many options to eat inside and a good experience

Very organized, the customer service did not have a clear idea where the seats with electric outlets for the oxygen are, but they were willing to help and look it out so I, was able to bring my relative who is on a wheelchair, oxygen dependent, she was able to enjoy Alejandro Fernandez concert with the help of the staff... read full comment

Security took a long time and it was hard to navigate, but the seating was awesome. Not a bad seat in the arena.
