You are being abusive to my stepdad. Mistreatment against a patient is against the law. I will find measures to take from here on out considering what is being done to him. I don’t know who would hire personnel that mistreatment any patient but I do know it is not right. It is definitely not profesional or ethical.

Extremely rude, no one was at the patient window to offer help and some dirty blonde haired lady first ignores me when i say hello walks away, comes back and when i was going to ask if this was the correct location she told me to turn around and go look at the door. She wasn't even doing anything at the time she could have at least been polite and ask how could she help. Hope of i ever need dialysis it's never with them if that's how they treat their patients.

We rented a car from this place. The only thing you need to know is that they pick you up at Arrivals..not the car rental off site. They were very fast..car was great. They even drove us to the Port of Miami when we returned the car. Definitely would use them again. Super cheap!
