Do not rent with this company, they are scammers. They wanted to add a 300$ surcharge to my booking for “liability insurance”, even though I have my own and provided proof of such. They are only looking to benefit off of people, do not take a chance and rent from them.

This was definitely the worst service I have ever received in my entire life.
Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were forced to wait over three hours to receive a vehicle. This significant delay completely disrupted our plans for the day and caused considerable inconvenience.
Furthermore, the vehicle we had booked was not available at the location, and according to the staff it was in the Fort Lauderdale branch. We were given a different car, which was not provided with a full tank of gas. To make matters worse:
• We were not given a rental contract, either printed or via email, outlining the terms of the rental.
• We also did not receive a receipt or any documentation upon returning the car.
• We encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. We were spoken to rudely and given minimal assistance when we raised concerns. The attendant used foul language towards my wife in front of her manager and nothing was done about that.
This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. As a paying customer, we expect clear communication, timely service, and proper documentation for any transaction.

The service at the rental agency was nice. Willy was extremely helpful when another company (Boutique didn’t respect our reservation). However, the system for Wi-Fi connecting in the car was bad and the tires on the car were extremely used and were extremely unsafe under rainy weather. There was no one there when we returned the car at 3pm on Sunday, June 22nd. This does not mean we can try to rent a car with you next time we visit Florida because we see you’re trying to improve.

Do not rent with this company! They bait and switch with a low rate up front and hidden fees for ridiculous insurance coverages later. I also had an accident in the car and could not reach anyone with the company in an emergency. They've also been extremely unprofessional about collecting money to pay for damages for said accident.

Rough experience. We had a 12:30 reservation and the person didn’t show up until 1 pm. After that they required $500,000 of insurance to rent a Toyota Corolla without paying their $150 insurance fee. Our $65 rent is ended up insane so we cancelled.

Car was in excellent condition, return was very quick. But I'm only giving 3 stars because the withdrawal took a long time, it took me 1 hour to wait for someone to arrive at the counter to be served.
