Muy mal servicio, solo una empleada atendiendo a la poblacion. Despues de esperar 20 minutos en la ventanilla me pide que me ponga en la fila porque ella estaba atendiendo otro cliente, que habia llegado despues que yo, y necesitaba que este se acercara a la ventanilla donde yo estaba. Le pedi una explicacion y me dijo que el cliente estaba antes que yo. Cosa incierta toda vez que yo era el unico cuando entre al establecimiento.

Pesimo trato de parte del empleado llamado Adrian.muy mal trabajo .fui a cambiar un cheke y despues de casi media hora me dice k el cheke tenia un recargo ,To le dije k no,I me lo devolviera pork me parecio demasiado y el empleado Adrian me dijo k ya lo tenia k cobrar pork ya el cheke estaba ponchado,le reclame,y wntonces me dijo k tenia k llamar para cancelarlo,cuando llamo,dijo(en ingles)k el me habia comunicado k habia un cargo,cosa I es mentira.y entonces me bajaron un poco el cargo.y cuando finalmente me da el dinero,como ya estaba molesto ni tan sikiera me brindo un sobre.horrible trato

I usually don’t write reviews, this is probably my first one EVER. But I thought it was necessary to warn other customers about how horrible this place is. I walked in to ask a question about the possible payment options for a cash advance. Jessika, was unable to answer this question because I wasn’t the owner of the account I was inquiring. She seemed to be bothered, and gave me a nasty attitude after I continued to try to get an answer from her. I understand that they can’t give me the details of the account, but as a general question they should be able to address it. She has zero manners and definitely no proper customer service training.

Just got off the phone with Jessica (strong Spanish accent) answered the phone with a horrible attitude. I ignored her lack of manners but when I made a simple mistake about the 1st of August falling on a Thursday she replied “I don’t know what calendar you’re looking at” when she could have simply said I’m sorry mam I believe you are mistaken. Anything else would have been acceptable. Don’t know what’s wrong with her or why she’s in a bad mood but that doesn’t give her the right to be rude and slick to customers of company that is paying her. Positive employee attitude goes a long way. Please help Jessica learn some manners or have her take attitude management classes because she clearly can’t handle a task as simple as answering the phone.

The most rude and unprofessional people ever. The older blonde lady is the worst. This was only my second time going there, but it was also my last.
