She clearly explained the requirements needed to properly apply and ensured I had a full understanding before moving forward. Additionally, the property was exceptionally clean and well-kept, which contributed to a welcoming and organized environment. AMSCOT’s attention to both service and cleanliness did not go unnoticed.

We had a wonderful experience with Jorge! Everything was literally perfect. He was efficient, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Made us feel comfortable. The place is clean, smells good, has free parking in the back, convenient 24 hr service except for loans they stop those 11pm which is good for safety reasons. Their technology is relatively updated. They’re also hiring 😂 in case anyone needs a summertime job.

Went for second turn for a form to notary for an 🪪 ID, she handled me the worst form which is not acceptable to be the right information proper right information, I'm asking why after spending $10, dollar , this lady as Latina she's very inconsiderated of her work.

This is a total disaster! I came to cash 2 money orders. They said I needed to fill all my information even my social security which I do not feel confident or comfortable due to the nature of this type of business and security breaches, however they said it was mandatory and no option to cash the money order since they needed to create an account with my information
Next, after retrieving all my personal information including social security they apparently Noemí and Reiner said they were not able to validate the money order and I could not cash them
So I left without the money order and they kept all my information at risk for nothing
I found this completely irresponsible as a client since I explained to them it was my first time there and did not felt safe providing my information without knowing if cashing the money orders was possible and still that is exactly what they did whatsoever with no explanation or resolution
Calling corporate without any doubt for lack of professionalism explaining the customers up front how the process works and allowing the client to take the risk of providing all their important information
