Great gym, updated equipment and lots of space. love the recovery sauna and cold plunge is very cold which is nice. Worth the price!

Great gym with a phenomenal Sanctuary spa area. Love the cold/ hot plunge, sauna and steam before or after a workout. This place has it dialed in. Great friendly staff and motivating environment to train and recover at.
