I'm writing to warn others about the terrible experience I've had with Anatomy. Despite my repeated requests to cancel my membership, they have refused to do so and continue to charge me monthly fees. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, and the contract is deliberately designed to make cancellation impossible. I've been stuck in this membership for over 4 years, and I'm still fighting to get out of it. Save your money and avoid Anatomy at all costs!0/5 stars

Great gym with a phenomenal Sanctuary spa area. Love the cold/ hot plunge, sauna and steam before or after a workout. This place has it dialed in. Great friendly staff and motivating environment to train and recover at.

I appreciate the friendly staff at Anotomy gym. The equipment, though functional, is on the older side, and some machines could use an upgrade. The men's locker room is small and often crowded, with frequent delays in replenishing towels, leading to wait times of 10-20 minutes. Despite these drawbacks, the gym has a positive atmosphere and a good crowd. However, the crowded conditions and wait times for both machines and towels can be a bit frustrating.

The community is the best part of my Anatomy experience. Dom, Dani, Dawne, Sergio, Miguel... honestly everyone. I'm part of the 5-6am crowd so my experience may be different than others, but I've been able to stay really consistent because I genuinely love the people and the environment. It has made all the difference for me. The locker room and spa amenities are also second to none. The recent upgrades at Midtown are awesome and much appreciated! 10/10.

Horrible customer service experience after I suspended and then cancelled my membership due to a surgery.Not only did the gym attempt to charge me after my cancellation. But the treatment I received Rafaella Frietas who contacted me about the cancellation was unprofessional.I do not recommend any one join this gym here in miami after my treatment

Careful when signing up to a membership. Please read their contract carefully because if you try to relocate they make it very misleading to cancel and you will end up paying a few months that you haven’t used it. I ended up paying $600 extra.

Awesome premium gym. Great equipment, lots of space, clean and nice locker rooms, and awesome spa area. Everyone is super friendly and the group classes are great too!

My 2 friends and I came in to see if we wanted a day pass or a membership. We asked if we could walk around the gym before signing up or paying for the 3 passes. The guy said we couldn't walk around and that we would have to pay before being able to get a tour of the gym. I definitely respect the level of success that gym has to be achieving to be able to turn down 3 customers instead of giving a tour, but jeeezzz dude lol! Lol
