As soon as we arrived with our senior dog Dior I already had a good feeling! We were referred by another person and I tell you it was the best decision! The entire staff has a pure heart of gold with extreme patients during this difficult time! Thank you Dr Olga & staff for the unconditional love you showed towards our baby! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found a kitten and I was looking for sterilization programs, I found this clinic and made an appointment, the girl at the reception was super nice and helped me right away, on the day of the surgery they were super nice to me and you could see the concern they had for my kitten, The operation was a success, I also took the medicines that were recommended and my kitten recovered perfectly. Thanks to the county's free sterilization programs, we can help ensure that there are no more homeless kittens on the streets reproducing. If you like animals and you see one on the street, help them, sterilize them and that way it will even be easier to find an owner. Today this kitten has an owner and she is very happy. Thank you

Dr. Olga is a savior, The service was impeccable, the treatment professional. I thought my poor baby was dying She and her staff saved him. We're kind and caring thru ever step. I'm grateful God made her a Dr. I will support her and her practice forever. Top notch.

Unfortunately, the employee Arlene who has Dr. Olga's is not professional, it seems like she just got off the raft or just arrived from Cuba, she does not treat clients professionally and this damages the image of Dr. Arlene's clinic. It seems like she is the owner of the clinic with that attitude and arrogance that she has, I don't think she is legal in the country nor does she know how to speak English, this is decadent for the ASIS clinic

This clinic is amazing. The name is misleading, they do a lot more than sterilization. Their prices are way lower than other places. Very reasonable. My dog Diego just had several tumors removed, 2 of them quite large. Thanks to Doctor Olga Aballi Neninger he has a second chance at life. He is 14 years old and doing great 2 weeks after surgery. Her nurse (who was actually a full vet in Cuba) is the sweetest and my dog absolutely loves her. Both are attentive and you can tell they really care about my pets. I am so lucky I finally found a great vet for all my pets!

No customer service. Rude employees. Pet got sick after their treatment. Never tell them you have pet insurance, you will be charged to to the moon and back. Parking is horrible, the clinic smells really bad, very disorganized. Not recommended, avoid at all cost. Run.

While there... an emergency came... a little dog almost dying... I got so nervous that even though the little dog was not mine... I dared to knock on the door since no one was at reception. The nurse who opened the door looked at me with an annoyed face!!! what my god!!! A little more compassion please ?? Thank you

They saved my baby girl’s life!! An actual veterinarian that actually cares about the animal and not the money!! Before being her here I had took her to two other pet hospitals and all they did was jack up my bill and not save my dog!! Thank you guys for saving Mila!!!
