I stood in the store for 15 minutes before a representative looked up from her phone to even acknowledge me ( I thought she was working but apparently she was watching videos). She was incredibly rude and said she did not understand English. Really? Finally the manager came over and told me they had no phones available on the store. I’d rather use a rotary dial telephone for he rest of my life then do business with this store.

I had a wonderful experience with Yaroslava at AT&T! She is incredibly friendly, professional, and honestly the best. I purchased two phones and set up service with her, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. Yaroslava made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for excellent service!

If I could give this store no stars I would. I went for a trade in and they made an error and now it has been THREE weeks of calling, trying to speak to a manager (WHO IS NEVER THERE) because they did something where they are the only ones who can cancel the trade in. Everyone at this store is absolutely useless and rude and they only cause more problems. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this store is the reason I will be changing providers.

She took the time to carefully explain my billing issues and walked me through the steps to resolve them. This specific location has a Star Worthy Employee! Mr. Gerard R. is the sales manager presently and his customer service skills exceeded my expectations! I came in with an issue needing an immediate resolution, in which he solved fairly quickly. Then the 2nd time I visited was following up because AT&T didn’t execute my bill accordingly and Gerard’s advice, plus recalling the situation, led me to solve the problem. On top of that, he also explained all possible promotions I have actively on my account for an Upgrade. Above and beyond this human being!

Fabulous! Just wonderful service. They were kind, patient , professional. I came in with my neurodiverse son and they were just amazing. Yara, Gerard so helpful and kind. I came in with plans to do an update and was so satisfied I left with new internet as well.
