I had an excellent experience at AT&T thanks to FREDDY who helped me during the very last days of the year, right when I urgently needed to upgrade my phone and set up internet at home. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deals possible and took the time to explain every detail so I felt confident with my choices. He was quick and super thoughtful to even call a couple of days later to check if I had received the modem and if everything was installed smoothly (I was afraid I wouldn't receive it in time!). That level of follow-up is rare...truly great customer service. Thank you!
