Just received my B737 Freedom One Model and it's awesome! I've never seen a company that takes pride in their work like Atlantic Models. If you want a quality model this is the place to go. Thank you Roger, Carol, Lee and Betsy!

When I ordered a model from Atlantic, they told me it would take 4 months for delivery. That's a long time but they make quality models. They asked for the full amount up front (nearly $500).They could not deliver the model after 4 months of me waiting for it. I had to get a refund because I did not feel comfortable with their estimates for delivery.

I ordered a custom model KC-130 for my husband's birthday the first week in April. They said I would have it by May 20th his birthday. I paid for it within a week of ordering it when they sent me the form. In early May they said it was getting ready to be painted. It didn't arrive for his birthday so I tried calling them only to be told they would look into it and call me back. I have emailed them several times with no response. It is now July 17th and I haven't heard anything and my money has not been returned. I do not recommend them unless you want to give away almost $500.

I had an old Pacmin 1/50 scale ANA gold jet 737-700. Love the Pacmin mold but hated the paint scheme on it. I got a hold of the team at Atlantic Models with a request to redo the whole model in my hometown and bankrupt airline ALOHA. I must say they more than did the redo justice. They revived the model into a masterpiece including bare metal finishing the inlets, edges of the wings and vertical stabilizer, engine intakes winglets etc all in all these guys and gals can take an old model and make it look like brand new...I highly recommend them...youll need to bring some patience but the result is nothing short of professional if you want your dream jet done in large scale

I went in today for a visit and just to look around. I was greeted at the door to friendly smiles and met Roger who runs the shop and his son Roger as well. Roger Sr. Gave me a tour around and showed me the process from beginning to end. He took the time out of their busy day to introduce me to his workers and answer any questions I had. I have always wanted a quality model and heard from other pilots that this is the place to go if you want the best quality models. If they don't have what you need they can make it. They have been in the business for a long time and really make a beautiful quality product. I have seen his work on display at the Boeing training center while I was there for training. I admired the displays there and did not know that they were made by Atlantic models until I asked Roger. I am happy to support this Family owned business and buy made in America products. If you are ever in Miami I recommend you go out and see for yourself.

While they have great products and make amazing custom models, I have ordered decals at their garage sale nearly two years ago, and have several times requested updates, but it appears i just keep getting brushed off. after about $65.00 of decals but nothing to show for them i am a bit annoyed.

Great store, EXCEPT we discovered yesterday their main store has been closed for about 7 months! We had to go to their location at the Pan Am building off 36th St. in Miami Springs. Sorry to see the main location for rent.

I have been to this shop on to one many times that I can count. The staff here does amazing work. Yes u can buy models and get them cheaper like OTHERs say you can, but here the models are hand made by craft model makers and they are paid a good salary. Oh let me not forget to tell u that THEIR factory in on Site! These models are made in the USA! They have a lot of items to choose from. If they do not have it they can make it for you. Everthing on the model is made here. Remember this, the military and airlines go their for their models. So in other words you can go and by a cheap model made by slave labor in a foreign land or you can buy made in America producst made here in Miami, FL. Your helping small business. Everytime I have gone their I have been treated with a warm smile. Even if I did not by anything they are pleasant and professional. You will notice each mode has an attention to details like no other. I will be going their more, Soon! Maybe I will see you their.

Despite their wonderful selection of airplane models, this shop lacks professionalism and customer service. They will treat you great if you spend money, but if you merely go in to browse and check out models they are very rude and condescending. It is a true shame for someone who loves aviation to simply feel this way in what should be considered a "safe haven" for such lovers. If you feel comfortable going into a store that simply cares about your money, feel free to go to the shop. Otherwise, other sites such as eztoys.com have the same models which are significantly cheaper than the inflated prices found here.

This establishment is the toy store of toy stores for aviation lovers. Their collection of models and airline swag is like none other on earth and the Jarman family whom owns the store is fantastic. They are like my second family now. Ask if they have time for a tour of the factory where they can make any size custom airplane in any color scheme you want. They have models of airplanes I have not been able to find anyplace else on the planet. If you love airplanes, this is worth almost a full day to itself.

I have never had the pleasure to speak with a staff as knowledgeable, welcoming, and willing to help as here, I am completely new to the hobby, so I naturally had allot of questions, so after some conversation, they told me to go with 1:400 scale, and then took me back to the factory (Atlantic models) for a tour, which was amazing. They unpack all the models before you buy them to check details and landing gear, and they did that to like 10 models I wanted to see, truly amazing customer service, I was there like 3 hours looking at the models, and I could not be more happy with my experience.
