I have been in this bank for more than 10 years and today I came to request a letter about my accounts and they charged me $30 dollars for a simple letter, I have three different banks and none of them charged me, what they are doing is abusive

The worst bank in the city of Miami ..the ATM is out of service most of the time and when it's useful the touchscreen doesn't work hahaThere is no paper, an advertisement, nothing to confirm that it is useless
