Worst ATT store Custumer service. I was having an issue with my eSIM and went to this store and was told they didn’t have any esim available at the moment. So I ask if I could call customer service for the store phone to speak to Custumer service as I didn’t have an active line on my device and the old lady told me NO. I know all att stores have a landline phone, she was not just in the mood to help me, instead she was looking after other customers that wanted to buy devices and that way earn a commission

Purchased my iPhone upgrade from this store a few days ago. Have utilized them in the past as well. Always a great experience, however, the young rep named ANGEL took care of us this time around. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Really valued the experience as he shared a lot of information and helped me manage my bill better. Would definitely do business here again and if you’re happening to consider this particular store, ask for ANGEL. Any commission they make, he well deserves.
