The staff was particularly bad. They threw away my SIM card without my consent and charged me after I asked for my SIM card. I called customer service, and my phone needs eSIM service. They said I need to go to a physical store to get a QR code, but this store has a very bad attitude and won't give me a QR code

The two men who work there really suck, they talk to you as if they just woke up from sleeping, they don't feel like working and they make you feel like you're bothering them when they are the ones who have to sell you a service. Just as I went to buy internet from another company because of the better treatment I received.

Friendly personnel. They helped us get our phones set up with a prepaid SIM card to use during our short stay in the US and everything worked well. They helped us choose the right phone plan for the cards and we were quickly on our way. Recommended for everyone needing to buy a prepaid card in the US. The AT&T coverage was good for what we needed.

Someone claiming to be me went in and asked them to change my number to another phone without any ID, and they did. Must have someone working with the scammers in the store.

The people that work here are useless, I have unauthorized payments on my bank account and the guy tells me that is my fault because I am not responsible of my own finance. Don’t even start, Att will do unauthorized payments on your account if you have a product with them. Be careful because no one will help you on their stores or on the customer service line. ATT has the worst service I ever had and the people on the store will blame you instead of helping

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been there 3 times and the 3 times different ppl talked to me and none of them knew anything!!! So frustrating!!!! I wanted to get a new phone and watch and none of them even care to sell you anything. They had zero desire to work, they don't know how to explain anything, every time I asked a question they didn’t have an answer for it. That store honestly should be closed because the level of incompetence that the workers have is out of this world. Don’t waste your time in going there. Is disgusting and frustrating.

On September 13 I went to this AT&T store in Downtown Miami looking for a prepaid plan with calls to Latin America included, the employee who attended to me looks like he didn't know that much, he changed my carrier and at the end they didn't have the plan that I want to so I complained because he made me change my original carrier for no reason,also when I asked how much I had to pay that day he told me to wait for the bill by email to be able to pay for it, it sounds weird to me but now days almost everything is paperless so when I left the store I was determined to comeback to my previous service provider but on the way to the store I called AT&T costumer service again to ask if there was a penalty if I change the AT&T carrier same day or if I had to wait to avoid a penalty, so he asked why I wanted to change AT&T service? and I explained what had happened to me, so he asked me to wait on the line and when he came back he told me that with the $85/month plan that I had I could make calls to Latin America, I was confused but I believed him and trust what he told me. I made several calls to Latin America (70 minutes between Colombia, Bolivia & Peru), 3 days later I received a text message from AT&T with a debt service of US$240 and 2 days after I already owed them US$472, alarmed I called AT&T customer service and they told me that I did not have the prepaid service but postpaid, I was deceived by the store clerk and by the customer service agent, so I asked to speak with a supervisor who heard my story again, I told him that I wanted to cancel my account because this mistake was committed by them, I asked him to check the recorded call of my conversation with the customer service operator who told me that I could call to Latin America with my plan, since AT&T recorded all calls, the supervisor asked me to wait in the line, when he returned he told me that he could not erase the total amount of US$472 but that I have to pay US$120 to close the account and receive the portability code to transfer my phone number with another carrier, so I paid U$120 with my credit card on September 09/21/22, this same day I changed my service to my former carrier. To my surprise today 10/25/2022 I receive a bill from AT&T for US$308.87 to be paid immediately. I believe that I have been a victim of abuse of AT&T and its employees who are doing the opposite of what customers ask, perhaps to meet quotas imposed by the company, I hope that this complaint serves to at least prevent other people from passing for what I have gone through. Note: I have had prepaid cellular service for more than 15 years precisely to avoid this type of surprises and abuse.

The only great AT&T store I have ever been in is the Miami downtown one. Julia is a problem solver and a great person. The one in Mary Brickell Village was lame.

Mike and Julia are the best reps and helped me even when they were closed i love that store !!
