The worst branch in the entire country, I have never dealt with such ineffective employees. I live two blocks away and I have to take the time to go to more distant branches because THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SERVE! It really is amazing how poorly someone can work. Not only do they serve you poorly, but they SCAM you or even deny you a service.

Horrible experience at this location! My rep was Louis T, and he completely screwed up one of my upgrade orders.
Strike 1
I got my parents two new iPhone upgrades for Christmas and I told the rep that they would be gifts, to not activate them, that I would activate them after I gift them. He, of course, activated them.
Strike 2
Then, I find out that he added insurance on the phones without my consent. I did not care for insurance and I even mentioned this as well! However, after the order is placed, I then get an email saying "Welcome to Protect Advantage". I get you have to sell this, but sneakily adding it in there is not right!
Strike 3
The rep signed up the devices on the Next Up plan, once again without my consent! I did not care for the next-up service. Something I also mentioned NOT to sign up for!
Stike 4
I was placing this order by doing a trade-in of the previous devices. The rep did not process the order as trade-ins for the upgrades. Leaving me having to pay for the devices in full with no credit from the trade-ins.
Horrible, horrible, terrible customer experience I've EVER experienced!

The sales agent knowingly added services that I DID NOT want. I paid hundreds of dollars more than I should have because of their unethical sales practices.

Louis and George and Fabian were absolutely great. They worked with me for 3 hours, did not give up, and were cool through it all.
I got great deals and am leaving exceptionally with a new watch and phone. Thanks fellas! For renewing my faith in phone stores and associates.

Elías at the At&T store at 18th & Biscayne in Miami defines excellence in customer service. It is because of his knowledge, patience, intellect & wit that I have remained an AT&T customer. You do not find gems like him in Miami.

Hands down best AT&T store I have been to and that includes Houston, Baton Rouge, and New York. Elias is easily the best AT&T employee I have interacted with, and was so helpful getting my iPhone upgraded, switching me over to the AT&T fiber and upgrading my iPad. If you’re in the Miami area, I highly recommend visiting this store for all of your cellular and internet needs. Thank you again Elias and Jorge, you guys are the best!!!

Horrible customer service! No body wants to work there, we stop by to ask simple question about our AT&T accounts but they automatically sent us to call directly to AT&T and rejected to give us a service. Right after we went to another AT&T a few blocks away and nice lady was so helpful she answered all of our questions. But those guys at the Biscayne AT&T store gave a very bad reputation for AT’T company.

Great job handling the account!
Louis and his manager were fantastic as they helped me with Pixel replacement process.
My only complaint was that there was an offer for 50% off ear buds and they couldn't get me a pair in store or online.
