The staff is great and attentive but management lacks customer service. They made a mistake with my trade-in and rather than being apologetic she had an “it is what it is” attitude. Not the kind of service you want when purchasing an $1100 phone.

I was greeted my a gentleman who did not care about any of my concerns. He stated I don’t have att protection and that I need to go to Apple Store. After that I spoke with 2 other girls who were friendly but did not do anything to help but keep repeating the essence of their inability to correct, change, rectify bill, etc. I was fine in to pay my bill, not only I was informed to $356 a month for my service, I came back to my apt and found out internet is not working.

The sales rep was amazing and super helpful with what I needed done gave me all the options there were in what I needed chose the best one told him didn’t have time at all I was in rush he was very kind to do everything for me and get it done in less than 10 minutes he was nice kind professional and very knowledgeable and helpful

The worst telephone company, they promise you things and also steal from you as they please!I handed over my cell phone because supposedly they would receive it for $700usd and get a new cell phone.1 year later, checking how much I had left to pay for my new cell phone, it turns out that the $700usd discount was never applied to me.SCAMMERS!!!

My SIM card just stopped working and needed a new one.The wait was not long, and the team was very attentive. As soon as someone was available, they assisted me in less than 7 minutes with my problem. I also inquired about a possible upgrade or future purchase for a phone. Was provided useful information and look forward to a future purchase, Thank you!

Abel is amazing! He is so patient, knowledgeable, kind, and even empathetic towards the issues or decisions you have to make when choosing a new phone. I can tell he multitasks well. He gave me great advice on the new phone options in general. Im very happy with the decisions I made in the store & just really happy with how my visit went at AT&T. Abel!! Just love him what a star ⭐️

I went to the store to add ANOTHER line to my business account. I was serviced by Norman who was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, unhelpful and he provided poor service. He was very aggressive as if he wanted to attack me after I addressed the fact that he sold me a phone and didn’t even provide the minimum service of putting in the SIM card or making sure the phone was working. Another team member Manny helped me out who was very nice and helpful as he had been in my the past. I’m NEVER going back to that store again if I can help it. Norman’s subpar service is a poor representation of the AT&T brand and his aggressive behavior is a safety concern.
