Warning to All Buyers — Avoid Auction Direct Miami! ⚠️
I purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon XL SLT from this dealership, and what I experienced was pure deception and total lack of accountability. The vehicle was advertised and sold as AWD/4x4, but it was later discovered to be RWD, missing critical components that make it what they claimed. This is false advertising and fraud, plain and simple.
When I brought the issue to their attention, the staff — including Henry (finance) and Jose (sales) — gave excuses, false promises, and inconsistent stories. They never took responsibility or offered a real solution. I’ve filed official complaints with the BBB and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) due to their deceptive practices and lack of transparency.
Throughout this ordeal, I’ve experienced nothing but stress, wasted time, and emotional distress. A reputable business would take ownership and correct their mistakes — this dealership chose to ignore them.
If you value honesty, safety, and your peace of mind, do not buy from Auction Direct Miami. They have proven to be dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable. Save yourself the frustration — go elsewhere.
Legal action is already in progress. A lawsuit is on the way.

After visiting various car dealerships in Miami-Dade County and Broward County, Auction Direct Miami is the best by far. All employees are professional, hospitable, knowledgeable, and considerate. Upon entry, they welcomed me warmly. After the warm welcome, they cordially offered their services in helping me to find a vehicle to my liking. After articulating what type of vehicle I sought for, they immediately showed me the car as well as alternative vehicles with similar features. They allowed me test drive the car--including the alternatives--and do a thorough inspection. They answered all my questions honestly and with pleasure. The prices of the vehicles are remarkable. With regard to purchasing the vehicle, they were considerate in helping me purchasing the car. After purchasing the car, they detailed the vehicle once more. All in all, it was a great experience without buyer's remorse.
