WOW the people who come here... Are.. let's say extra special. No respect for the store or other patrons, carts put in parking spots everywhere none put in the corral. Need to know a color of spray paint? No problem just graffiti at will...

Ive been visiting Home Depot for many years and each day the service gets worse and worse.Today I was there asking for an item that I had not purchased in the past, my 1st encountered was with a young lady I think named Maya or similar when I asked her if she can tell me where the Cabinet liners were she looked at me and said Espańol porfavor. When I told her in Spanish she said ohh I don't know ask that guy which I did and he send me to a lane in which I had to ask someone else who send me to another lane and after practically going around the entire store and asking several people I found it.People need a little more training and willingness to work it's very sad that after an entire day working you have to walk an entire store because no one knows where things are and they simply shuffle you from lane to lane.I wanted to speak to a Manager but never saw one

Overall, my experiences at The Home Depot on 8th Street in Miami have been positive. The store generally has a good selection of products, and I usually find what I'm looking for without much trouble. The service provided by the cashiers and floor personnel has been consistently good, with helpful and friendly staff members available to assist me.However, one aspect that has been a significant drawback is the parking lot. It has been a nightmare on multiple occasions. Finding a parking spot can be a frustrating experience, especially during busy times. The parking lot seems to be insufficient for the number of customers visiting the store, and it often feels overcrowded. The limited parking spaces and congested layout can lead to a lot of circling around to find an available spot, which wastes time and adds unnecessary stress to the shopping experience. It would be great if The Home Depot management could address this issue by either expanding the parking area or implementing a more efficient parking system.Despite the parking lot inconvenience, I still find The Home Depot on 8th Street Miami to be a reliable store with helpful staff and a good selection of products. If you can plan your visit during off-peak hours or use alternative transportation methods, it can help mitigate the parking issue and ensure a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Tonight I was told by a associated named Naomi that I should go to a different Store and not use this Store Calle 8, when I went back to claim that the cashier made a mistake and I didn't get a full money return bc she miscounted the returned items. At first they refused to accept their mistake but after I insisted and made them to count again the returned items they found out that they miscounted and I got my full return. No apologies at all.

This Home Depot is ridiculous, I come in here to purchase glass doors in which online it said it was available for pick up at this location , turns out I get there and it seems to me that they aren't in stock . I go ask for help and nobody is around i then proceed to go to customer service in which an employee then called a manager TWICEEEE through the speaker . AFTER 15 MINUTES OF waiting the employee at customer service has the nerve to tell me I have to make the line of about 8 people in order for them to tell me if it's available or not because THAT DEPARTMENT aka the "manager" wasn't available at this time . WILL NEVER COME TO THIS HOME DEPOT EVER AGAIN THATS FOR SURE .If you don't wanna work there and DO YOUR JOB then go tf home .

I have been to this Home Depot ( SW 8th Street near Little Havana) several times and every time the employees are rude. Is that a requirement for working there? Whether we speak to them in English or Spanish, when asking for assistance they act like we're asking them to climb Mount Everest. Even for a simple thing like, " where can I find light bulbs?

Whether it is from Mercury retrograde or just age (thirteen years), my refrigerator passed away. It had a very good life keeping coquitos and leftovers cold. Alas, I had to find a new one. I went to Home Depot's webpage to order a replacement. The $600 + cost was reasonable with inflation, and the home page said $55 for delivery / installation by this coming Wednesday. So far so good right?Well the reason this is a one-star review is that I just canceled my order. When it came to make the actual payment, the delivery date was moved to next Friday (a week with a broken refrigerator!!) and the delivery fee for a specific room installation doubled. This stinks more than the food in my broken fridge. I will be patronizing a different retailer, and would urge you to stay away from Home Depot.

As a pro account user it was a waste of time. I called for a manager and no one showed for 30 minutes. Finally when she did show she immediately helped someone else after I had been patiently waiting. I am still waiting to be helped and it has no been officially 45 minutes. Still no one has provided assistance.

Customer Service is Horrible! We purchased $3,500 worth of appliances which is supposed to be delivered by Home Depot on Calle Ocho in Miami. So far they have not delivered the refrigerator on 3 different promised dates. When you call and complain they act like they don't care, and if you threaten to cancel the order they are like "Ok, no problem, we can cancel that" Today we have been calling the delivery customer service people all morning to confirm that they are really coming this time and nobody answers the phone. For hours! So far I lost 3 days of work. Also they were supposed to install my over the range microwave but when they got here their contractor said they don't do that because they don't have the drill bits to do it. My building handyman came in and installed it with no problem. I like the french doors refrigerator I purchased but If they blow me off again today, which would be the 4th time, I have no choice but to cancel the order and go to BrandsMart....not that anyone at HD would care.

I was tagging along with my sister to return a "cheap" toilet fill valve made by "Kholer." It's not Home Depot's fault other than choosing to sell this product. The return process was quite efficient. This (Kholer) product claimed to be "silent". Once installed, it was never silent nor did it even fill in a timely manner. This was so bothersome that it needed to be removed. Horrible product. I encouraged my sister to get her fill valve from a plumbing supply company. Upon finding a reputable place, we picked up a "Fluid Master Pro 45". We are a couple of ladies and we're able to replace this valve (with the help of YouTube) in a matter of minutes! The Fluid Master was even cheaper than the "Kholer". We did good and it works like a charm!!!!

Going to Home Depot can seem like a dreaded chore, however, the fact that it's dog friendly makes it so much more enjoyable for me. The 8th street location has a great nursery section, its nice and spacious with plenty of variety to chose from. I always find the nicest plants here. Staff is always willing to help.

This is the worst place !! No wonder people rather buy online or Amazon these fools act so entitled for not doing A job. Their inventory is way off from what's online so call before go go in and waste your time . Ladies in kitchen and appliances have to be the rudest individuals I've ever met , waited for 30 min in flooring for help , guess spending 3k isn't good enough for them .
