I've been with AutoNation Nissan Miami for a long time. The last service I had was the change of tires and brakes. Technician Osvaldo provide me a great and outstanding service which I'm for sure, he gives the same treatment to all his customers. Thank you Osvaldo!!! Thank you AutoNation Nissan!!!

Unfortunately, this review is not what I wanted it to be but due to the poor service and the fraudulent activity that goes on there, I wouldn’t return to this site for any service. I went in for one problem and they created at least three more which cost me A LOT of money. And this is after paying them to inspect the entire vehicle. They inspect the vehicle to find all the problems and recommend a solution and shortly after they “fix” the problem there’s another problem within a month and even a week. It’s sad. The staff is really nice and friendly but the mechanics are up to something. I don’t trust it but I trust God and I know they’ll get caught one day. My AC compressor that they said I needed since my AC wasn’t working was the solution to the problem and then days later, my AC still wasn’t working. They said the compressor they gave me was faulty (which happens) and that my car would work fine. Well, it was not working and continued to blow hot air with the new (according to them) compressor. Two months later, NOW they find the problem and it’s the expansion valve. After paying $2,000 for the compressor they now want me to pay $2,500 for the expansion valve guaranteeing that this time, the AC will work. So clearly the AC compressor was fine the first time. I couldn’t trust them. The expansion valve repair that they suggested, was a $175 repair at Tire King and my AC has been working just fine. Thank God! Please go to Tire King instead. They’re honest and affordable.

Brief write-up: I have been with Nissan over 15+ years. My daughter needed her car serviced, so I sent her to my “trusty” Nissan. Well, at service today, I was lied to, then she was told one amount, and was charged another. But best of all, the service manager, Jorge Calas, was condescending and rude.
I should have gone to the Nissan off South Dixie as Mr. Calas said, “we’re not them.”
My daughter walked out saying she should have never gone there.
Good job Mr. Calas! This is truly a quick way to lose a customer.
Beyond disappointed and perturbed.
