My truck was in for service for two months, according to the service advisor the technician lifted my truck and said it looks bad, he than lower my truck and left it to wait for I don’t know what. After two months I went to see what’s going on because nobody would pick up the phone. When I went to check what’s going on I was told by the service advisor the technician had suffered a medical emergency and won’t be able to fix my truck any time soon. Now, I know things can happen but the unprofessionalism of not telling me or giving me a choice to pick up my truck sooner. Plus, I didn’t know a Chevrolet dealership only had one technician. Never going there again. STAY AWAY

Autonation Chevrolet is my dealer for life, Let me explain....after buying and leasing all types of vehicles e.i. Love my Chevy dealer .
Please be Careful with other Chevrolet dealers the management and staff are not the same and don't provide the same experience as with Autonation Chevrolet

Autonation is the best place to buy or lease a car, they always provide great and professional service and Pedro Morales is the best! Also Autonation’s service center is great, they are very professional and have a great customer service, Lupe was great :)

I waited for 3.5 hours just to have an oil change done to my vehicle. My appointment was at 9am we got there at 830am and didn’t leave until 12:45pm almost 1pm. It was the worse ever!!
