Let me start with the positives.
The only reason I gave an extra star is because of the two people I dealt with. Suanly was great she explained everything clearly over the phone regarding my car repairs. His manager (I didn’t catch his name) was also kind and helpful in a few areas. I appreciate their professionalism.
Now for the real issue: please don’t waste your money repairing your car here.
I’m sharing my experience in hopes that it helps someone else avoid the same frustration.
I own a 2015 Nissan Murano. One day, the car suddenly stopped engaging in drive mode, so I had to tow it to this dealership’s service department around 4 a.m. on a Saturday. They have an overnight drop-off system, which was convenient. The next morning, I called to confirm that my car had arrived and to authorize the inspection. They started working on it around 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m., I received the diagnostic report.
According to them, the main issue was the alternator.
Here’s where the experience took a bad turn.
They said the alternator replacement would require working from underneath the car and dealing with the A/C lines. They also claimed the battery needed replacement. The total estimate came to over $2,900, and they wouldn’t have the part until the following Monday. I understand this isn’t necessarily the fault of the employees—it’s more about the dealership and their outrageous pricing. (I’ve attached a photo of the report.)
Naturally, I declined the repairs and paid $218.54 for the inspection.
I then towed the car again (another $150) to a family member’s house, where their mechanic helped me out. I bought a brand-new, lifetime-warranty Gold Duralast alternator from AutoZone for $500, plus a new belt. The mechanic installed it the same day for $200. The total? Less than $800.
Also, the battery was just fine—no replacement needed.
I couldn’t find an OEM alternator that day, but even if I had, it would still have cost much less than what the dealer was charging. If my alternator ever fails again, I’ll simply pay for labor again, and that’s it.
This whole situation was incredibly frustrating, and I’m sharing it so others don’t fall into the same trap I did.
Final note: Avoid buying a Nissan if you can—their CVT transmissions have a short lifespan, and when problems come up, you’re often stuck dealing with overpriced dealership repairs

Exceptional experience at Nissan AutoNation on Calle 8!”
Thanks to the outstanding professionalism of Johnny Crespo and Luis De Los Santos, I am now the proud owner of my beautiful 2025 SUV! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel valued and truly listened to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal, explained every detail with complete transparency, and delivered a smooth, stress-free buying process.
Johnny and Luis are a true example of what exceptional customer service looks like—knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely committed to their customers’ satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the entire experience.

Let me get the negative out of the way: Had a service appointment for 9am. The service advisor shows up to work 30 minutes late with ZERO sense of urgency.
Now the positive: I was greeted by Danny Guevara. Super attentive and courteous.
Then, in the absence of my service advisor, Ixchel took care of me and it showed that she cares about the customer experience. She was thorough on explaining what the service items were and possible charges.
Overall, extremely happy with the interaction and experience with the staff. Close to 5 stars.

Ronnie came in on his day off to do the sale on our Kia Niro. Only thing that was slightly off, was the tire pressure was not checked and we had to drive more than 100 miles home and not knowing how serious the warning lights on the dash were on a new vehicle to us. The trade in price seemed to be lower than expected from two different sites.

They took over 3 hours to get me a check for a car with a clean title in hand. Not sure what the car purchase experience is here but this was a disaster.

My experience at Auto Nation Nissan Miami was the best I've ever had, unlike other dealerships where customer service is terrible.
Here, they welcomed me with such love and professionalism. I want to thank Daniel Guevara for being so professional. He's a wonderful person who doesn't let you leave the dealership without being satisfied and with a smile on your face.
Dani, you're the best. Thank you.💯

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived with my care and throughout the day I was informed how the service was moving forward. I had not paid attention to have my Kicks checked out as I was supposed to do but every single thing that needed changing, updating, fixing...everything and I as shown and again kept informed so that I could see what was being fixed on the car and how much that would cost. The young woman who created me and kept me informed all day was EXCELLENT. I was very happy to see that AutoNation was hiring women to be the people who greeted me and explained everything and constantly checked up on how the car was being worked on. This was a very smart thing that AutoNation in Miami has done, having women who know everything about the cars and services because they EXPLAIN things in ways that sometimes men pass over because they know too much but women like details and I appreciated the treatment I received.
