Thought here are a few good people in their service department, the overall service operation is so terrible that I would never want to buy or lease another GM vehicle. DO NOT COME HERE to service your car.
2 months ago, I took my leased Chevy to get a warranty repair that took 3-4 weeks to get it fixed. Left voicemail multiple times to check the status and never got call backs. I needed to go physically there to checkup on my car. Now, I have the same warranty repair again, and they do not want to provide me with a replacement (loaner or rental) without me spending some money upfront. They will always tell you that they have THE solution for you tomorrow, which is a complete lie. From the service associates to the service managers, nobody has any clue of what's going on within their own service operation.

I had an excellent experience with the service team at AutoNation Chevrolet Doral. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and attentive. They clearly explained the work needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed on time. I reached out to AutoNation Chevrolet Doral about a 2025 Silverado LT they advertised online for $33,000 before taxes and fees. When I got the actual quote, the out-the-door price was over $53,000 because they loaded it with thousands of dollars in dealer add-ons I never requested — and they refused to remove them.
They advertise huge rebates to make the online price look attractive, but then charge those savings right back through overpriced accessories and unnecessary packages. On top of that, they lowballed my trade-in value by thousands compared to fair market, despite my vehicle being in great condition.
If you want a fair deal and transparent pricing, look elsewhere. Their practices feel deceptive, and the numbers online are nothing like what you’ll see in the showroom.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS REVIEW
I recently wrote a 5 star review and now everything has changed. I recently purchased a brand new corvette. About a month after my passenger side floor was flooded with water after some hard rain. I called and explained to them what happened and wanted to bring in for service to see what the issue was and they told me that the next available appointment they have in within 2 months? I was upset and shocked. So I took my car to another dealership. They told me that the rubber around the windshield had to be replaced and that was where the leak was coming from.
About a month later the same thing happened and I took it to the same dealership again and this time they could not duplicate the issue? I then opened up a case with GMC as the dealer suggested, During this process I called the Auto Nation where I bought my car and spoke to the sales manager and told him the issue. I asked him for his help as I did not want this car and wanted to get another corvette? He flat out told me that it wasn't there issue and that's why I had warranty and if I wanted to start a lemon law He then told me if I wanted to trade my car they would help me but I would take a $20K negative equity on my car.
I told him that it was disrespectful and it's not professional and seems you only care about selling cars and customer service is not in you word. I even contacted corporate and they told me someone would call me back and they haven't.
GMC also will not do anything because the dealer can not duplicate the issue.
I would not recommend anyone buying anything from them as they won't care if there is an issue and will not make it right or go above and beyond to make it right and keep you as a customer.

I took my car in for a check engine light that had been on for quite some time, and was met by The Amazing Lixa. She kept me updated and went above and beyond (sent my car to get washed without me asking for it). I have been to Autonation Chevrolet Miami lakes multiple times and I was always disappointed or unsatisfied after leaving, I have never been met with this hospitality. What took the Miami Lakes location a year and a half to figure out, Lixaleth and the techs in the Service Department at Doral have been able to do within 24-48 hours. I am eternally grateful. My 2021 Chevrolet Traverse is BRAND NEW. I am definitely a happy customer and will continue to go to this location.

Sold my car to them, was serviced by Maykel Arbona, a true profesional that was honest and kept me posted on the progress at all times, they paid a fair amount but the process was very tedious and took over 5 hours of wait to do all the due diligence and get the check, if they can expedite the process will get a 5 stars,
