Worst customer service. I bought a spray paint; it was the wrong color and I did not use it. The guy at the counter told me it was used because it had paint on the sprayer, which was not the case. Frustrated guy that needs to make love to his wife because I don’t understand how you can be so angry at life.

Came at 745am to change car battery and girl at front said the only other employee available is a guy and she can't be left alone in the store to come back at 10am when other employees arrive. Why hire a woman then?

I bought oil for my car and they gave me the wrong one. When I went back to get the correct one, the person in the photo was totally aggressive. I bought the products in my personal account but they say it is not possible to see it. I left them the oil and took a photo but they yelled at me and were very verbally aggressive.

The incompetence of Idiocracy of employees who do not want to do their job, bring these companies down to the ground walked in here today looking for a Lugnut to take out a rotor on a Toyota Highlander and just gentlemen told him he couldn’t help me because he was not a mechanic and doesn’t know about Lugnuts Wow wow these are the employees that you should reconsider and having in your store by the way across the street to discount auto the young lady look up the car the year to make the model look for the rotor nut and then she sold me the tool I needed to remove it. Either training is needed or customer service training is definitely a must in this store , that I’m not a mechanic . The excuse that he can’t find this in the computer was overwhelming

Very bad service, one of the clerks, apparently the short manager with a bad face, who according to him has been treating customers very badly for 6 years, a customer asked him to use the bathroom and he said no because the customers stole the pieces for that reason. I don't let him in and I don't get help installing my battery.

We asked for a plastics restorer and the manager told us to wait in line because he couldn't serve us. One of the employees sent us to line 3 because he didn't know when we searched for ourselves which one seemed best to us and we went to pay. We asked the employee again which one would be best to restore plastics so as not to pay for a product for pleasure. The employee answered that he really didn't know because for that he would have to read all the products like us (so my question is apart from the poor service and lack of information from the workers). so that they pay you if your job is also to provide good service and know how to give the best purchase option to the customer and thus provide good service)

I went to this address 1409 nw 27 st at Miami asking for help with the scan because there was a yellow light and my car make some noise , there was a man that tell me he can do nothing at least I have my mechanic with me than the mechanic can use the scan this happened September 17 /24 I feel totally disagree!!!!!!!

I went to store #4832 to exchange a Duralast tool that has a lifetime warranty, which they refused to honor. The employee who helped me, with a complete lack of knowledge of the warranty rules, told me that she had never heard of a tool having a warranty. She then called a supposed manager who was even more confused and said that the tools only have a 90-day warranty and that he was not going to replace it. When I showed him the label on the tool 52-210 that says lifetime warranty, he told me another story that the tool had been mistreated and that he was not going to replace it. I have been buying from you for over 25 years with various commercial accounts and I have never seen such a lack of knowledge of the work. I am very unhappy with the service I received and I hope you know how to correct these inconveniences for the future. I personally will not return to an Auto Zone store.

I’ve had two unpleasant experiences at this AutoZone location, and it’s disappointing enough to leave a review.
The first time I visited, I received little to no help. Tony Salazar, the Sales Manager, failed to clarify the return policy when I asked about it. When I requested to speak with the manager, he didn’t acknowledge that he was the Sales Manager and instead told me to come back the next day to speak with Mr. Alex, who he claimed was the Manager.
Unfortunately, my second visit wasn’t any better. I went in to purchase an 1157 bulb, which the app showed was in stock. However, the staff at the store were disrespectful. One of the employees called me "brother," which is inappropriate; I am a customer and expect to be treated as such. I didn’t catch his name because he wasn’t wearing a visible badge, but it was the team working tonight.
There was also a young staff member who seemed irritated when I asked him to double-check the stock. He showed me the computer, but his attitude and assistance were subpar.
While I would prefer not to leave a bad review, it’s clear that the management needs to address these issues. We live in the USA, where empathy and kindness in customer service should be standard. If you’re unable to be polite and helpful, perhaps customer service isn’t the right field for you. This is a company, not your personal business, and with such treatment, you’re driving customers like me away to other stores. Absolutely unhelpful, and it seems to be a recurring issue at this location.

It is a store that provides incomplete service. Today I went to change the battery of the truck and the guy who changed it broke the terminal and did not fix it, he only patched it and told me that it would serve me all the way home and I was left stranded with my daughter on the corner of 14th and 22nd Avenue and I went back and he told me that it was no longer their problem, they are very shameless, so I advise you to think twice about going to that store because it is useless.
It's a store where the service they provide is incomplete.
