Today I went to buy an oil and filter literally in my face Gustavo added another product that I did not order to my account when I told him that he will explain to me why the charge for 4 things when I only have 3 he gave me a number of excuses that the system makes the charge, because I insisted so much that he returned my money I went to another box and paid $47.07 when he charged me 54 and cents my advice review your receipt and count whatever you are carrying because some people in that Autozone are stealing

I recommend manager Lilibeth to offer a human relations course to her sales staff, since they are not friendly when greeted when placing an order. I asked her why this treatment, and she only responded evasively, saying that “that's how they worked there” and that I should hurry up because I had other things to do. It is unfortunate how good service has been lost at this AutoZone store located at 36 NW St and 18 Ave.

This store does not deserve any stars this store. People are highly rude. They are racist. They are discrimination about sexes the whole 9 yards. My fiancé goes into the store and she tries to get a lightbulb and unfortunately, they dismiss her. She doesn’t know anything about the vehicle that she has besides the brand and make in the model, that’s it now they did not assist her on getting one simple little thing which is a light bulb for a tail light. They also and the person that answered the phone hung up and was highly disrespectful and rude. We have made a formal corporate complaint and now it looks like we will be going further.

Not a bad selection of product variety. However, the product quality and customer service is totally defficient and unacceptable. Better to go to their competition straight up the road.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in an Autozone store. The customer service was disrespectful and be honest this is not a friendly store for women. The two gentleman in the front Armando and Manny must be the rudest and the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered, neither one had an answer for me. It was complete disrespect from the beginning of the transaction to the moment I walked out. Since the “so called manage” Manny yelled at me to have a blessed day since I questioned his authority by asking for the real managers name. This is heartbreaking especially for a woman walking into a man’s industry, am really sadness by the I behavior from these two individuals.
