Trash service .. I asked for a specific oil & the gentleman I asked was arrogant & dismissive, & said “I’m supposed to be unloading the truck, not helping customers, that’s the managers job”
the manager then proceeded to tell me where the oil was instead of showing me & causing me to have to come back & ask again for specifics when I clearly needed more help instead of showing me where .. just got a vibe that nobody wanted to work there , be there & overall bad service. Would’ve been zero store if I could have.

Cedric W, Assistant GM, Joe, Store Manager and Q, Security, were very kind and professional. We had a time sensitive request on Father’s Day and they worked together to assist and educate us. We are new residence to Miami and we take pride in caring for our cars. All three gentlemen were helpful and thoughtful. We even shared a few laughs. We highly recommend their Auto Zone!

Cedric the assistant store manager is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided excellent service even when the store was full of customers and he was the only one working. He was able to get the customers in and out the store in no time. This is the only auto zone I come to and will continue to come here.
