The manager I reported needs more training in dealing with customers and respect. I’m satisfied with the results that resolved my issue. Thank you, Carlos and Autozone!

Carlos is fantastic and great customer service.he went Beyond the call of duty gave me a ride to family dollar down the street where I was stranded and helped me Install my new battery. He now has a customer for life.

Esperanza, good autozone manager, good service, even my car had the problem I had, she gave me good service, I always buy at that autozone and I always look for her to help me, thank you for having people like hope, giving good customer service.

Take one star away for habitually long lines, otherwise good people doing the best they can. Also the machine is rigged against small purchases. Want a 20 Amp fuse? You have to spend $7.49 for a 5 pack of $.10 fuses… same for all kinds of stuff, but it is what it is. Also avoid any tools here even with a “Lifetime Warranty” it’s almost all junk.

I went to Store#4813 concerning my battery. Jamori Scott noticed it was a problem with my warrant. He called over his Manger Diondrick to explain the situation. Diondrick then called his store Mng Jauory to tell him the situation. And they took care of the problem immediately. Thank you 😊
