Claudio and Justin were excellent and extremely helpful. I had issues with my Toyota Tundra and battery. They were very helpful and understanding and swapped my battery. Cant thank them enough.

I don't give a lot of reviews but Tyler at the Bird Rd location really did what an asst mgr should do. I picked out the wrong product, even though it would have worked. AFTER he rang it up, we chatted and he asked what vehicle I was using it on. I told him and he said "Wait a minute" and went and grabbed two bottles of the correct size for me saving me about $30. He could've kept his mouth shut and made the store some extra money but instead, he did the right thing. Well, he just gained a customer from here on out. That's exactly what a good employee does, he leaves a happy customer walking out the front door.

I went there on the recommendation of Vice towing (AAA) and a nice guy tested my battery right away, for free, and said it was ok. No need to buy a new one. Thankful they are in the neighborhood.

The best Autozone of all for me, and about 2 or 3 are in my normal routes. Manager Claudio is definitely an expert, great knowledge, recommendations and help. He is an example of a leader (I've seen him with the team) and client relationship.

came in to buy some fluid for my car.
The gentle man that’s a little overweight with curly hair told me dock 3 like I know what that is I assumed it’s in lane 3. I asked him to check which break fluid is recommended he didn’t I googled it and got the one recommended by the manufacturer. He later tried to give me the wrong one still even after I checked in the manual after he was not helpful. Was on his phone ignoring customers till one of the other employees pretty much ordered him to help me.
Long story short do your own research if you plan to come here for advice.
