I went to an AutoZone to have my Battery checked, when in fact it was from another similar retailer, and I was pleased with the
great attention that I received from the lady and the manager who were there, it is worth highlighting Sunday at 7 at night. This on 129th and 8th.
The managers, now I don't remember her name, and the Mrs. in the store and despite not having the guarantee, they treated me in an extraordinary way, they also solved the problem, just tightening the loose terminal, but they checked it beforehand.
The lady and the manager 100% recommended, willing and diligent. They vindicate my opinion since at Kendall's on 157 SW and 88 a man treated me so rudely that I never entered that place again.
Thank you very much because it was a big problem for me, it's good to receive great attention, but it's much better when you can recommend it!

Worst experience I’ve had with a car parts store. I left this place crying with how rude they were. Called Customer Service and HR told me to report them, so if that gives you insight, yeah that’s the way these guys are. If I could give zero stars I would. Turned me away for a warranty return with the receipt though it is autozone policy to take returns as long as you have a receipt. Another autozone thankfully helped me out, almost no problem. When I walked in later to get their names for this review the manager said “Oh you again, what do you need now?” His name was Ariel. And then Ramone, idk what his job is honestly. Turn people away bc he doesn’t want to do work? Quite literally the most unprofessional store I’ve ever been to. Go to a different location of Autozone, you’ll be better off that way.

If I could give this location negative reviews I would.
I’ve came to this location 3 times. I have bought batteries, products from autozone as a company for years. But whenever I come to this location which is convenient at it’s next to my house.
I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES.
I went to this autozone today (10/20/2024) to simply ask to have my battery charged as I was going to at the autozone in Tampa that was willing but made it home and decided on my one day off to do so.
The person JUAN.P the part sales manager one didn’t even greet us, didn’t ask for my number for the parts I was purchasing. And I simply asked in English if someone could charge my car battery. INSTANTLY he had an attitude and said que in Spanish so I looked at my boyfriend and he explained it to him in Spanish.
Then he continued to say he can’t help us. We have to take it out ourselves and I said okay do you have the tool to help us. He said no.
Continued to say no they can’t help us. I mentioned I bought it here at autozone and they put it in for me. He continued to say no.
Then said we can talk to a manger to just lone-behold the manager isn’t there. So why offer a manager if one isn’t there outside yourself.
First off as someone that is a manager myself this isn’t how you help guests. Guests whether it’s one or multiple are the reason business exists, it’s your job to help the customer, not be rude and find no solution for the customer just because you wanna be lazy.
Will be escalating this to Corporate, Regional & District Manager.
