The customer service in this store is amazing. We had a bit of a mix up with a shirt that got left behind, and Giselle as well as Marshall went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you!

Horrible service!!!! My mother was summoned to a job interview and when a tall, bearded 'manager' arrived, he discriminated against her and ignored her without giving her an answer, without even looking at her or speaking to her. It is impossible for a store staff not to be able to speak Spanish at the Dolphin Mall! And even more so, it makes a person who CALLED FOR AN INTERVIEW feel bad.

I had a terrible experience at this store and with their employees recently. I went in to shop for a few items and it was just me and my 11 month old baby, who was in a stroller while I shopped. There were a few items I wanted to try on so I went to the fitting room to get a room. The stroller my baby was in clearly was not big enough to fit in one of the regular fitting rooms so I asked if I could use the handicap room and I was told no because it wasn't available. After a few minutes of trying to explain the two different associates that the fitting room door would not close with the stroller inside of it their suggestion to me was to take my baby out of the stroller and place him on the floor while I tried on my items. I told them absolutely not and again asked to use the handicap room and said i was more than happy to wait until it became available to use. At this point they told me that no one was in the room but I just wasn't allowed to use it because I wasn't in a wheelchair. They finally called their manager back to the fitting room and I once again explained to him that my stroller would not fit in a regular room and I was not putting my BABY on the floor. After questioning me if I had anyone else available to watch my baby, the manager reluctantly told me he would make an exception to let me use the handicap room with my stroller but made sure to tell me that if anyone with a wheelchair came I would have to leave the room.
I have absolutely no issue with ensuring areas are handicap accessible and giving priority to those with extra needs, but come on, use common sense. I was clearly struggling with a baby and a stroller and your solution was to put my child on the floor instead of opening a room for me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have avoided this Banana Republic factory store for years because of their poor selection and also because of the terrible customer service here - this store doesn’t represent Banana Republic well in my opinion.
This year I received a birthday gift with a gift receipt from this store so I went in today to exchange it for a gift card. I specifically said, “I would like to return this for a gift card”. Luckily, I decided to use the gift card immediately so I walked around and picked out something else to buy. It just so happened that the same lady was at the cashier so I tried to purchase the items I chose with the gift card she had given me when she realized that she made a mistake and instead of returning the original items to the gift card, she returned them to the original form of payment, which happened to be my relative’s credit card. As you can imagine I was really upset because this was a gift that was given to me and she just put the money back on my relative’s credit card. What bothered me the most was how she tried to brush it off as not a big deal and was telling me to just call my relative and explain the situation and have her give me $70. This is totally absurd, so I told her to please just void the previous transaction to which she said that it wasn’t possible. I asked to speak to a manager and much to my dismay, she said she was a manager (yet she didn’t know what she was doing). She called somebody else and after 45 minutes they were able to figure out how to void the transaction and allow me to purchase my new items with store credit.
This whole time I was carrying a one-year-old baby who was tired and cranky. What was supposed to have been a quick 15-minute errand turned into a 60-minute-plus ordeal. I will make it a point to never go back to the store again. Today was the last straw and I have had it with how poor the customer service is here. In the end, there was nothing offered for my inconvenience aside from a mediocre apology. I am a busy mom of two and I wasted a precious hour here that I don’t have to waste because she couldn’t pay attention to what she was doing in the first place.

Terrible attention! I went to pick something up, for some reason the order was cancelled, I didn't receive any type of notification. The first lady who helped me was not bad, but the second one left me talking to myself, I asked her if I could check the item I wanted and she simply didn't and she left upset by my questions. There are many people who should stay at home instead of being with the public. From what I see in the previous comments, this is not the first time that their employees are rude!
