I came in for an IV medication my dog was scheduled to receive. Samantha was extremely unprofessional and rude to me, these kind of people should not be working with the public. Dr. Anderson, was even worse. They both denied me service, a one minute question. I will be filing a formal complaint to headquarters about my experience.

Worst customer experience they make you loose your time they don’t have knowledgeable staff and schedule appointments without knowing the dog history and when it comes to the appointment they don’t even do anything. Staff is rude and inattentive

In the last five appointments when I arrived over there for my dog appointment and they told me that the appointment is cancelled , or they cancelling the appointments by phone one hour before the appointment . They don’t have respect for the health of the mascotas. The assistance Ladies are so aggressive and they have a bad actitud with the clients . They don’t take care about mascota health. I am really dissatisfy with the service this clinic has to offer now , I am client of Banfield for 20 years but really this location is the worst at this moment . I am tired tolerating staff nurses and manager Tatiana abusos with the worst customer services and services , Also I can understand why the Banfield Customer Services main office don’t answer the phone in order to let they know they that things happening in their centers . Is not only paying the membership every month, the clients need a good customer services .

I’ve been a customer for 7 years. Would give it one star if it wasn’t for the nurses who are really caring. Otherwise deserves zero stars. It’s expensive and customer service is lacking. 4 out of 5 times I call, I’m placed on hold for 10+minutes until I finally hang up. Dr asked I call him back I’ve done so 4 times and he never answers . Save your money and go with a neighborhood vet instead.

I hate this banfield location. Everytime I call, they put me on hold for no joke— 30minutes. The call drops. I’ve seen this happen as I’m in the clinic. They do this to every customer. I go to this location because it’s very near my house but they have the worst service ever. I go to pick up a medication and spend 15 minutes at the counter waiting.

I am really dissatisfy with the service this clinic has to offer. I have two cats on the monthly plan. Few weeks ago I took my cat because it was an emergency, obviously I did not have an appointment because it was not planned, they did not want to take care of my cat because they were full, it was an Sunday. Most of the clinics were closed so the lady just gave me a list for urgent care and told me that she could not do anything. I had to take my cat to another clinic, fortunately the one on Dadeland mall helped me. Days before the inconvenient the manager called me and told me that this would not happen again that she was going to goal to the staff. Today 09/28/23 I went again with the same issue and they did the same the lady called Cristina told me that my cat was not going to be able to get treated because there were 3 patients waiting. This clinic is awful , I don’t know what emergency means to them.

I was very dissatisfied with my interaction with this location. I had made an appointment online and received a follow up phone call to confirm the appointment. It was there where the receptionist informed me that they only do drop off appointments and not in room appointments. I explained my concern as I had recently adopted a puppy from a shelter and would prefer an in room visit as I did not want to stress out my dog by leaving her in a strange and new place stuck in a cage for several hours. She put me on hold and told me she would check to see what could be done. She returned to explain that they would do an in room visit but I would have to at least drop off the dog for an hour and then the vet would meet with me to discuss. But then she said that she "had to let me know this would be a one time exception as the location does not do in room visits." I told her that if that was their policy that I would rather cancel the appointment and look for another veterinary service. When you call the phone number and the automated message plays, it says that drop off appointments allow them to see more pets in a day. It sounds like all they care about is churning out as much money as possible. As a past customer of Banfield 5 years ago, I am disappointed in these new policies Banfield has chosen to operate under.

Will cancel my membership soon. Availability is horrible. Whenever you call, you automatically get greeted with, "Is this an emergency or can I place you on a brief hold?" Then they proceed to leave you on hold for 20 minutes. Then, they redirect you to voice-mail and you have to call again and wait until they feel like answering. The excuse is that they are busy with customers In person. That's no excuse to attend to someone on the phone 50 minutes later. Prioritize who called you first and make the people in person wait. You also have to constantly baby the workers to do something as simple as provide medical records. You tell them once and they don't send it. If you call and remind them, maybe they do it. The third time is usually when it works. Ridiculous. Last but not least, the plan Is a scam. You pay monthly for services that are included and when you come in for a free checkup they try to charge you for things that are not included. This has happened every single time. Avoid banfield and go to a family only non-chain Vet. Banfield doesn't care about your pet or your time.

I cannot express my profound disappointment and anguish regarding my experience with Banfield Animal Vet. The level of incompetence and lack of genuine care exhibited by their staff, particularly the veterinarians assigned to my beloved cat, is beyond comprehension. I would strongly advise any pet owner to think twice before entrusting the well-being of their furry companions to this abysmal establishment. My cat, who was only two years old, began displaying concerning symptoms that warranted immediate medical attention. Little did I know that my cat's health would deteriorate further under their so-called care. From the very beginning, it was evident that the veterinarian attending to my cat had no clue what was wrong. Even after charging me thousands of dollars to conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic tests, they nonchalantly dismissed my concerns and casually attributed my cat's condition to "stress." They even printed out an Amazon page of a toy I should buy for the cat - but my cat had a whole kingdom of toys and castles to play with already. It was a feeble attempt to brush off their inability to properly diagnose the problem while stealing my money. I assure you, my cat was not stressed, but suffering from a legitimate health issue.Despite my repeated insistence that something was seriously wrong, and multiple visits, the vet remained indifferent. Their dismissive attitude and lack of compassion were utterly infuriating. I entrusted my cat's life to their expertise, only to be met with incompetence and negligence at every turn.Eventually, the unimaginable happened: my precious companion passed away in his sleep. The profound grief and sense of loss I feel are magnified by the realization that his untimely death could have been prevented with competent veterinary care.To say that Banfield Animal Vet was useless in my cat's final moments is an understatement. Their negligence and failure to accurately diagnose and treat his condition will forever haunt me. I implore anyone reading this review to avoid this establishment at all costs if you genuinely care about the well-being of your pets.

The receptionist was not friendly at all she pushed my appointment to 4 for a nail trim. She told me that all of her staff were going to lunch. As a potential customer I would never ask someone to leave because of a lunch break. I hope they go out of business.

Banfield Dadeland was the only Banfield that had an available appointment for my children’s dog King. I called almost all Banfield’s in my area was placed on lengthy hold only to be told they could not see our dog King. We were concerned that King was not able to pee and showed discomfort. When I arrived with King at Dadeland they immediately obtained his most recent record from his previous appointment that was less than a week prior. A second X-ray had to be done and Dr. Machado determined that he had stones in his Gallbladder. He suggested we take him immediately to the ER. He recommended LeadEr and assured us he would call ahead to speak to the Doctor. The staff were all so very caring and understanding to King needs. I felt so lucky that I had a chance to visit a different Banfield most importantly that the location in Dadeland had an appointment. I highly recommend those in the area to trust Banfield with their furry baby.
