I’ve never encountered staff members this sweet in my life…and let me tell you, my standard for excellence is high. Banfield is not cheap by any means, but staff members are supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic. My kitty, whom I adopted from animal services, needed a lot of rehabilitation medically. Banfield immediately implemented a reliable care plan for him and even followed up with phone calls throughout the week just to check on his progress. And yes…I got several calls - not just the obligatory “one”.Dr. Rendon is our vet and she’s an absolute godsend. Just a natural caring person born to love and care for animals. I recommend this location with every ounce of enthusiasm!!!

When it comes to spays and neuters - the animal shelter is more efficient.The wellness plan isn’t great. Everything is still an additional charge.A lot of what they want to do is based on a suggestion that’s tied to a hefty price - they don’t always say it’s not necessary.

Our experience with Bansfield for the past 13 years has been nothing short of wonderful. Unfortunately our baby, Sancho passed away a couple weeks ago. Needless to say we were all devastated by the decision we had to make when we were told Sancho was very ill and deteriorating quickly. However, the Bansfield team made everything so much easier for us. I will be forever grateful for Dr Hecker, Sancho’s vet. Dr Hecker is a beautiful soul and human. She patiently and kindly explained everything to us and was with us during his passing. I cannot begin to imagine how difficult it must be for vets and pet nurses to go through the euthanasia process time and time again. Dr Hecker and Luis, Sancho’s nurse handled everything with professionalism, grace and so much love for our Sancho. Thank you to the whole Bansfield team and especially to Dr Hecker and Luis. We appreciate you so much.

ook my pittie in for a limp leg and Dr. Hecker was so patient with my anxious baby! Very thankful for Banfield and all of their staff. Their monthly plans are so helpful they ensure you get the best price and care WHENEVER for your fur baby.

A waste of time going to this place. My appointment was at 10 am, which I arrived on time and after taking my data and filling out information as a new patient, they took me to a room to be attended by a nurse, she told me that Dr. Quiroz was treating a client, they never informed me if it was a emergency with a pet they just left me waiting, then she told me that she was taking my cat to another room so that Dr. Quiroz could examine her, I told the nurse that I wanted to be present at the exam and meet the Doctor.... they left me waiting again and so until 10:50 am the Vet had not evaluated my cat. I left the room and went to the counter to informed them that I was leaving and they didn't even call me back to apologize, it seems disrespectful to me, I asked permission at work to take my cat to this appointment. The facilities are excellent but the patient care is bad. I would not return to this place and I would not recommend it either.

I feel scammed. I think they were much more aware of my dogs health stage than what was told to me. All of the of testing and exams that are strongly suggested are not really covered… my dog passed away about 2 months later after coming to Banfeld, granted my dog had some issues, Banfeld assured me she had a long life ahead of her. Banfeld loves to prescribe medicine. Be aware of the wellness plans… there’s no such thing as canceling. I thought I cancelled and 3 yrs later I was placed in collections for outstanding medical bills I thought was covered for my dogs care at banfeld. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a pet that is ailing. Maybe a healthy pet that requires routine visits. Stay away from the plans.

The staff is ok but im genuinely concerned about the way Banfield operates, they really dont seen to care for their clients. Im noticing that banfield just look for ways to charge and upsell you things you dont really need. Which is a horrible business model. If you come in for a simple thing you will leave out of there with a huge bill. They find ways to make you concerned so you cough out more money for more unnecessary “test”. So please be more knowledgeable about your pet situation or they will sell you everything they can and take advantage of you

Zero Stars for this Banfield the new Associate Doc Rendón injured my dog. I brought my pet for anal gland expression and a few hours after we got home my dog was having all sort of diarrhea and her bum was real red and swollen. When I called all they said it was that she had colitis. The next day my dog had pooped everywhere in the house and she looked really sad. I called first thing in the morning and I asked to speak to the head Doc at time Doc Hecker and again she was in surgery already two days in a row. How is that possible? Anyways, I did see her come out the day we came in for service. I was told she wouldn't be out of surgery until after three hours! You know at this point I'm not getting answers. My dog has had this service done there a few times and twice they hurt her. What I don't understand is why they aren't transparent with me. I have reached out to do a formal complaint and No one has reached out to us! Banfield seems to be selective with their services and the managers there are opinionated and give diagnoses without ever stepping into Med school. If you ask for answers they will kick you out of their hospital for accusing them of negligence! Horrible service and unethical Doctors in this hospital!

Don’t waist your time here. You’re better off going to another location or hospital.There is no respect towards your time here. You make an appointment to get seen an hour or two later. And on top of it exams are not thorough and then they give you medicine even though your pet may not need it. Just so you spend money.This hospital location is looking for a major law suit.

I’m grateful to have coverage for my (2) dogs but seldom do we come out without paying extra because of something not on the coverage. Overall it’s peace of mind not having to look for a vet and the service is very good.

Very caring staff but pretty busy also. The nurse was very attentive and patient with all the questions. Never saw the doctor in person, but they had a couple of emergencies that day. So it's understandable

Would give the vet 5 stars but the front desk had my coupon next to her knowingly and tried to finesse my bill to make me pay $120 for my free visit. The way the coupon was worded was also misleading. I thought it was free for the first visit. Not just a free entry but still pay for the job. Oh well. To the next vet.

Yesterday, we made the unfortunate decision to put our beloved 1st golden retriever Luigi to rest. We took him to Banfield and my family and I cannot highly reccomend this incredible team enough. Dr Hecker was very honest about helping us make a decision and her team was incredibly comforting throughout this truly painful time of loss. From the bottom of my and my families heart, thank you to Dr. Hecker and her team for taking such incredible care of Luigi in his final moments. You are all true Godsents.
