I'm not shocked that this place has such a low rating. No one properly communicates to you what line you're supposed to be in - only until after you've waited for over 20 minutes to be helped. "We'll be right with you" more like they'll be helping you hours later. You're better off going somewhere else to get serviced or change for your business. Avoid this bank at all costs!

Very busy location but the staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone smiles and doesn't seem to get frustrated with all the traffic. Jose Mendez is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Needed a new debit card so I came in person so I wouldn't have to wait the mail for it. Even though on the app it says I could get one in person the manager said they haven't had that policy since October 2021 and was very rude about it. Couldn't be bothered to even tell me goodbye and have a nice day and just turned around and walked off talking to someone else.

Worst bank service ever. Who ever the main greeter/receptionist is completely disorganized. He disappears and comes out taking people who arrived later before then puts me aside and takes everyone who arrived after me before. He was so rude and disrespectful this needs to be addressed.

My least favorite of all the big banks - I 100% prefer other other big banks, credit unions, credit card brand bank accounts, and FinTechs over Bank of America. BoA embodies everything millennials dislike in old school banks: their operations and technology/website/app are terrible, their automated phone systems don't work well, but yet they make it very difficult to speak with a customer service agent. Compared to other banks, they also have higher account minimums and higher fees, yet are the least transparent, do not clearly & obviously list our their rules/fees, and tend towards fine print. Despite all of this, somehow they have the time and funds to constantly send offers for new credit cards and investment products. BoA Q3 2021 profits were over $7 billion - they are obviously not spending enough on improving their technology, operations, or hiring more people to support customers. Yet they're charging more for the same services you can receive at other banks. "The percentage of Millennials (consumers 26 to 40 years old) who call a Bank of America checking account their primary account declined from 22% in October 2020 to just 13% in July 2021. The megabank also lost share of primary status among Gen Xers (ages 41 to 55), dropping from 18% to 10% over that same time period." Source:

I'd give 1 star if I could. Do not bank here. They've crunched their hours and as a result line always super long. Terrible.

Worst costumer service ever, they took like 20 Minutes per person and they are super rude with the guests. I think Bank of America have to do better with that. And the lady is not even wearing a name TAG even the guy. Worst worst worst... sorry guys plus I write this been in line for 35 minutes now.

Why do I bank here? I have no idea his bank totally sucks. Customer service totally sucks. Why do they have people here that called them selves vice president's because they can make absolutely no decisions at all. It's like they're all scared of their own shadows and I let the computers make their decisions. Such is the way of banking these days I suppose.

Made appointment for notary a week in advance, the bank even bothered to send me an email and a text reminder a day before, got to my appointment, was told to wait, and 20 min later someone came and told me that they don't have an available notary! no one bothered to call me before hand, no one cares... customer of almost 20 years, never treated like this before! waste of my time! absolutely horrible!

I'm always greeted with smiles. I never wait but that's because I make appointments. The atm never has many people waiting which makes it fast to get in and out.

Consider yourself lucky if you only have to wait 20 minutes on line before getting to a branch teller, often understaffed. I wish I received mañana service here--more like semana, as in proximo semana (next week). The Mensa society customers waiting on line aren't the sharpest tools in the shed either. It's a toss up to see which I look less forward to--coming here to do business or my once a year physical when the doctor preps me for the finger glove.

Why make an appointment if I still need to wait one hour to see someone? This bank and this branch is a complete disgrace

What can I say, this is the worst Bank of America branch I've been to. Lines are painfully long as their wait times, even with more than 2 employees working. Yesterday I went out of my way to get to this location because it was after 5pm but they always have the virtual tellers available. This is the second time the virtual tellers were disabled. Unbelievable! In the heart of Brickell!! The financial district!!!!! Funny thing (which I didn't find it funny at all at that time), is that roughly a month and a half ago, I was trying to sign the back of my checks but the pen wasn't working. Yesterday it wasn't working either! So that means that they don't even bother to place a new pen by the outside tellers! The worst customer service in the heart of the financial district! What a bad joke.

I share the same thoughts as previous reviewers. My experience at that location was absolutely terrible! The worst customer service that one can possibly imagine. You should run away and never go back there. I typically do not write reviews but my experience needs to be shared. I made the mistake to apply for a home mortgage loan there. The manager in charge of mortgage in that location is horrible, lacks professionalism and interpersonal skills. He communicates very badly, raises his voice very frequently and provides a lot of misleading information. He created such a bad interaction that I decided to cancel the process altogether. Highly unprofessional.

Slow service. I would not recommend. Reason why I chose another bank for my primary need.
