I got to open an account (already being a Bank of America customer) with half an hour left before closing, and an employee with glasses, very poorly dressed, told me that, due to the time, it was IMPOSSIBLE to carry out the procedure... can someone do something about it please?

Adriana Martin Lanza is a very good employee! I wish management would pay attention and actually reward her with a salary bonus. She is very attentive, patient and responsible. She helped us a lot and we thank her for that. Today, when we were in this department, we really waited a long time in line for a consultation, but it was worth it. Unfortunately, there are always lines in all banks; this is not a problem for this particular branch.

Horrible, many employees doing NOTHING and the entire service in general is very very Bad. DO NOT waste your time in this bank. They don't even want to give you their own money if you could give them Zero stars, they gladly deserve much more than zero to the left.

Terrible service, there are 5 windows and they only serve 2, which makes the line very slow, the business window does not work and the businesses are served at the same windows, you waste 2 or 3 hours just to withdraw money. fatal

The worst service one can have from banking agents, they do not provide help or collaboration of any kind! They don't know anything about costumer service

The teller was extremely unprofessional and made my check cashing experience everything BUT simple. He was a heavier set man with glasses - thicker dark frame and dark shorter hair. First of all, instead of trying to understand the situation, he continually tried to find fault / "catch me". He accused me of double cashing the check, which is absurd and offensive, then outright refused to cash the check because he didn't understand the abbreviation on it. Knowing how to read a check as a bank teller is so fundamental and honestly I am going to get in contact with corporate about this incident. I would not recommend this branch - they need proper training and I no longer trust this bank with my money.

Be ready to wait for hoursPeople were sitting on the floor because no chairs were available anymore since there were so many people waiting for their turn.Unless you’re coming to see the teller (line is pretty quick), don’t come to this bank unless you have time to wait all day.

One of the worst branches. Always long lines, never any parking, last few times I went there I did not even bother trying to go in because already judging from what was happening outside I could tell it was going to be a mess inside. Why waste time? And it absolutely does not matter what day of the week or time you go, it is always the same.
