The place does not answer the phone the woman at the entrance was less than welcoming and they could not resolve my concern effectively. I went back and they were able to get me what I required. Thanks to the same woman up front and Mr. Placid who did me right. I’ll certainly go back, banking was a pleasure!

Just got charged $15 to get a cashiers check… Publix charges $0.60 for the same service next door… getting charged to use my own money that I deposit every week is crazy.. fees in every corner I’m looking for a new bank this is ridiculous..
